it is a call center and customers speaking lot of bad words to excutives who are working for shriram value in chennai.the management cont take any reaction and they said you have to be covensive and lot of other things never join in shiram .dont vest ur time
This is a worthless company for any candidate who go for interview. They just make you to sit the whole day in the name of interview. And the salary package is very less fresher i.e., 9500 for fresher & for experienced 11500 to 12500 only. Mostly they prefer experienced candidates. And for fresher they say leave for the day and we will call you. Friend Don't waste your time.

Office looks nice but hr people trying to Canvas people for joining there but the facility and salary are too low

i attend the interview, for that they took my whole day and also they selected me but the pay was too low what i got in my previous company.. they try to canvas candidate's mind by telling that "here you are having 2 week off's" but 11500 is the take home for experienced candidate. please dont waste your time by attending the interview.

Last week I have attended the interview they took around 3hours for interview process and at last the one person is calling and saying that u r profile is in hold.. asap we will gv u a call... Still i doesn't know why they rejected me... Such a idiot company.. please dont go n waste your time there.
