Terrible follow up communication from Michael S. He is great at posting photos of equipment and advertising their services on an almost daily basis. Not so great at getting a quote to you once you submit details of your logistical needs. After months of follow ups we finally received a message saying they were just too overbooked and did not want to waste our time. That would have been great to know months earlier. When we responded saying we would have appreciated knowing that up front... He simply blocked us from their linkedin social media with no response. Bad form all the way around. We were really looking forward to working with this company.
Excellent problem solvers and team players. If you can afford them you will not be disappointed. I've had them deliver scenery and automation for the biggest show we produce annually for the last 10yrs.
