Very unorganised company. No proper planning for anything. To conduct just one round of interview, they take more than 6 hours. The person who has take interview will be late n then go for lunch for 2 hours.

I was interviewed for 2 days, and the 3 rd day i got a call saying , u r selected and share the documents...i shared the documents the same hour. And i have got no response for about a 10 days, i tried calling them back but no one responded, finally after two weeks thay responsed. When asked regarding my status, they said your profile is in hold because the team in which they are hiring have so many females and we cannot hire one now. What kind of reason it is??? Don't you know I am female at the time of interview...I wasted freaking 2 days for the process. Why you waste time and money of the people.....i feel it as a gender discrimination....people.please stop attending the interviews in shore infotech...they simple waste our time and comeup with ridiculous reasons.....

As per my knowledge company is good, but the HR are very bad.long hours for interview

Emerging company & the employees are too cool. Though it has two branches, but it provides its services to worldwide customers. Employees are from big MNC's like S&P, FACTSET, GENPACT etc... Good team leads n Managers

I've been with Shore group for almost 6 years now. Started my career here. I work now as a Senior Software Engineer. Needless to say, it's been a great experience so far. As I joined when I was a fresher, I now know how the training works. There are client and in-house projects. Based on requirements, recruitments are done. Shore is growing rapidly and is definitely a great work place. If you get an opportunity to work here, don't deny it.

Went for an intervew.The people i met they were very nice.Nice work culture.

Located to near by Dmart, Madhapur PS. work pressure will be there.

Ok ,good company we get more potential if we work in this company ,fresher's get good experience in this company to go higher positions in other MNC COMPANY.

I attend interview for MBA finance profile..
1. Screening
2. Again screening
3. Technical round ( more finance basics ... Derivatives, mutualfunds, types, open ended, GST, options, etc etc ... I interviewed more than 25 minutes which I am only SELECTED for the next round .)
4. Manager round ...which asked resume and basics and everything is fine ...he said wait outside after few minutes ..one hR came and said that you are not cleared...

I don't know why ..I am the only one remaining in final round but they did not SELECTED me .

I don't know they really have requirement or not ...

Very nice work atmosphere...lots of fun with work..simply a home feeling

worst interview process for non technical , not good for engineering graduates.They give priority to the people who are from non IT background only.

The company is good. The interview process was smooth and easy going. HR team doing a great job , keeping everything on time. The response was quick. What more we want " a decent company with a friendly and cooperative environment."

I worked for Shoe Infotech for about 1.5 years. Shore started in a Hyderabad about 10 years back with 8-10 employees. Now Shore is huge company with 650+ employees. Ian Sax is the CEO of the company. He is very good person n treats his employees as his family members. Apart from Ian we need to know about a couple Krishna (MD) and Shanta (CAO). They both work in Hyderabad office and most important thing about Krishna n Shanta is client oriented and tries to bring great spirit in employees and provide the best facility what they could give out of the budget they have.
Finally it's a great company one can work for.

I'm started my corporate career in this company. It is mainly useful for fresher's to gain knowledge in various process.

Research based company, i am here for four years started my first job in to investor mapping. as a fresher you will gain good knowledge in global financial markets.

Im very much satisfied with shoreinfotech interview process and the recruitment team was quickly responded by giving feedbacks and updates. No hesitation during interview. Really, feeling glad to be a part of Shore group.

Just ask for more pay, they won't give any additional incentives

no matter how hard you work, you can't expect good in return.

I have been interview two months back and i got feedback from Recuter staying. that I have been selected for final ops manger round. After two days i text him in a mail regarding my feedback back he said u have clear 3rounds. Wait for final round i was really happy with it but after few more days no response no call from the Recuter. I have prof with my mail which i have send it to him asking about it. But there is no Proper protocol abt interview at all. I was one of my worst and bad experience with this company. Please don't make fun of calling ppl for interview just sake of time pass and all. I suggest u guys plz never ever go and attend the interview they don't have knowledge about recurting. Just time pass. If u guys won't believe I can show the mail which i got from the Recuter.. Its not just sake i am saying but it a fact... Bad very bad experience
