Affordable price range with good quality material and nice design.

I love their clothes. When passby their shop usually will go in to have a look. But the only thing that made me unpleasant feeling is that the staffs serving there not that friendly, when get in to fitting room and request to try one more cloth, the staffs showed me kind like impatient face. The service towards new customer compared to those regular or their own friend are totally different. When facing their known familiar customer, one of the staff showed big smile and laughing there. Which made me felt like I'm not that being welcomed over there. When paying at counter, she not even keen to further explain how actually to apply for member. I'm the one to approach and ask. Disappointed with the service attitude, hope the management can look into it and hoping there is improvement when there is chance to go and visit again.

Instagram messaged them and they told me to come and said open everyday They send the message at morning 03/07/2019 at 9.23am. Hence bought my fren from Muar, reached around 3 pm at 03/07/2019. Then they abrupt close the shop without even informing. Terrible they don't even bother to reply anything afterwards. it is waste time and they abruptly close the shop after informing us to come at same day at 9.23am

Bought a short pants from their retail store in sunway pyramid, it s not very cheap, but ended up the colour will come off when washing. Not really worth the price

I have been seeing SHOPLOOH clothes online all the time, I feel good and beautiful. A few days ago, KL passed the BATU PHAT store. I was very happy to buy clothes, but I went in, saw clothes, tried clothes, and gave money. The female employee who was entertaining me was dark-faced, with no smile at all, and a man who was forced to work. At that time, there was only one customer in the store, and the employees chatted with each other.
I am not an Otto, I must make people smile at me, but I don't want me to be good, politely ask things, but she ignores me. When I ask, I will perfuse me. I am not the kind of person who comes in and looks at the clothes and does not buy them. I also spent about RM 450 in the store. When I took a lot of clothes in my hand, she didn't mean to help me to go to the locker room. After that, another micro-curly, fleshy staff helped me.
I hope that the boss of SHOPLOOH can review your employees. If the clothes are beautiful, the publicity is good, and the attitude of the employees, the guests will not come again for the second time.
I also thank the female employee who has always smiled and helped me get the clothes and collect the money.

We have ordered kurthis combo in shoplooh.in but they sent me very old and used saree instead of kurthis , this is very unfair, I want to return it , but how , no idea . Order details is given bellow

Me and my friend came all d way from Muar and the shop is close. They even Instagram message us earlier at the same day saying open everyday asking us to come. Terrible. Edit(17/07/2019) they only reply apologize after we posted review in public here. They x even bother go further reply my Friend s instagram message after we went there. Another terrible note on service from their side. Only formal apology if consumer review on public. Such a hassle and will never visit again. They are only concern on formal apology when published to public and didn't even reply any of clients DM for explanation. We only posted after my Fren s DM wasn't replied at all and we do think it should be reviewed in public
