Employees need to be more attentive to people that need help.like me for example other than this store is very clean

Bad customer service. I complied with the rules of a mail in rebate. I received a postcard in the mail stating I wasn't going to get my rebate because it was postmarked out of date. I know that isn't true. I called customer service and all they could/would tell me is it was received on February 20. So, because they didn't open it right away, they don't have to fulfill their promise. I followed their rules and still got the shaft. Would give no starts, but it wouldn't let me.

I don't care what you say, this was one of the best stores ever, going to be sadly missed.

Irene Miller call customer service at Shopko, talk to pet food buyer. Explain why you would like to see the cat food brand stay. Just don't complain take action.

Kewaunee Shopko Pharmacy is unorganized and unable to process RX like they should be able to. They always have an excuse of being understaffed. It should not take 5 days to fill an RX.
Ahwaub. Mall Shopko is rude. I called to see why my RX keeps going to them when it was never sent to them nor did I call them to fill anything and the man that answered just started screaming at me and told me that me not my RX were his problem.
I would suggest to go elsewhere.
