The workers at Shoo are so kind, helpful, and welcoming! The shoe selection is incredible and I love the downtown atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

WOW! Talk about Customer Service delivered by Miss Carol at Shoo! I came to (Shoo) this weekend to find my size of a pair of Blundstone's as I had ordered some online and didn't realize they were in Australian sizes. Carol not only treated me like a paying customer (knowing full well I was making my purchase elsewhere) and went above and beyond to give me a swift and effective experience. She was happy to let me try on 5 different pairs and made the recommendation of taking a photo of my the correct shoe size so I could get it right this time. As a result of my time there, I brought in a few friends who ended up making their own purchases in the store. Thank you Carol (like Christmas Carols ) for making my experience at (Shoo) one to remember. I'll be back again for sure as I love supporting businesses that are all about treating humans with love.

Cute shop with footwear you can't find anywhere else in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that knows their shoes (or is it Shoos ).

Shoo is, by far, my favorite place to shop for unique, high quality, and super stylish shoes to complement any style! I love their extensive selection, and that no other local stores carry these brands (I don't like to see others wearing my same shoes). In these challenging times for local businesses, I love to support Shoo, knowing that they reinvest profits into our communities, and that they are a family owned and operated business. Their staff is super welcoming, and very willing to work with you until you find the perfect shoo that fits great, is affordable, and makes a statement.

I'm picky, as I'm from Italy and used to Italian style good shoes, but here I can always find what I'm looking for! Pricy? Maybe, but good shoes cost $$ and they last looooong time ;) Very helpful (and not pushy) staff too!

Absolute profiling at this location. We have gone to Shoo Madison several times and always had a great experience. Parking is limited in the Third Ward so I dropped my dad off while I looked for a spot, he is a bigger guy. He was in there for 15 minutes and the owner didn't say a word to him. A few minutes after I walked in Kate, the owner, told me to let her know if I needed any help. I walked up to my dad and he told me she completely ignored him. Needless to say, we left immediately and we shall take our business else where from here on out.
