Anyone who gives good reviews has never worked there. I have learned that the supervisors need to take management classes. That employees are treated like children or inmates, and despite it being a billion dollar business, they only give $10 gift cards out yearly for bonuses.

Newburgh, NY: If you have one $45.00 item (defective, no less) and another Shoe Dept. location has not only ONE in its possession but TWO of said item, and the manager claims there's nothing that can be done, please tell me WHAT kind of customer service is this? And if you think 20% off helped on a defective item that the store is going to "damage out" anyway, it did not!!!! Caveat Emptor: Buyer BEWARE! So done with this store. Also found a pair worn, dirty shoes on the shelf for sale. Geez :(

Worse place I have ever experienced. I ordered shoes in the MUNCIE INDIANA MALL LOCATION. I ended up finding the shoes available and cheaper at finish line. I returned to the store 14 minutes after purchase they refused to refund my money and cancel the order said I had to call customer service myself so I stood in the store for over 2 hours on the phone with customer service who tells me they can t find my order at all so they can t cancel it and therefore can t refund my cash payment and I will have to call back in the morning to talk with someone else. So next day I have to work so I don t call at 430pm I get an email they shipped my order ( you know the one they couldn t find). Then at 6pm I get another emai they cancelled my order lol. So when I call Samantha at corporate office proceeds to tell me that Charlolyn the same woman who said she couldn t find my order cancelled it the night before so I ask them what is going on of course getting the same run around as the day before after 59 phone calls to corporate office I still have no shoe and no refund. I paid in cash I explained to them the first night I live 2 1/2 hours from the location they didn t care. Now I found a location closer to home ask them to please call so I can go get my cash back they refuse. I spoke with Samantha over 12 times this evening we lost connection at 828pm. I call back at 830 pm. And some woman who can t speak English tells me she s gone for the day. So here I am no shoes on the way and they have stole the money I paid refusing to let me go pick it up at a closer location if I wanna drive back 2 1/2 hours then I can get my cash back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR SHOES AND YOUR MONEY. The woman I dealt with at corporate office were CHARDAE CHAROLYN SAMANTHA AND DARIENNE WAS THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THE SHOES AND MADE IT CLEAR THAT IF FOR ANY REASON WE DIDNT WANT THEM WE COULD GO TO ANY LOCATION FOR A REFUND. SO PLEASE
THINK NOT TWICE BUT A HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE GIVING YOUR CASH TO THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHOES OR YOUR MONEY BACK

, in a state that isnt acceptable for public especially when children are involved. . they have good prices but im done with it after last time
