I worked with Shirt Kong Three times this past year and every experience was a great one!! The first two orders were for two teams of football moms and I am sure we were a pain to deal with! Shirt Kong is a fantastic company to work with. I have been using them for the past 8 months to get shirts printed for our University's events. They always have the lowest prices and are fantastic to work with. They have also helped us design shirts for many of our student organizations and the work is always top-notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Shirt Kong to anyone and I plan on continuing to use them in the future!

Absolutely blown away by the customer service I received! I had someone lined up to do my sons birthday shirt for his birthday party and they ended up bailing on me and I came to Shirt Kong and they took care of me and the shirt turned out amazing! Let me add their turn around time is normally 7-10 days and they did this shirt for me last minute while me and my son waited! Will definitely be back!

I've been looking around the STL area for a vendor to print my designs using full color on quality apparel for a price that won't leave me eating ramen noodles. Not only do they work with you to get you what you want, they also take the time to discuss anything and everything to make sure your understanding of the printing process is understood (in my case insanely helpful). I would highly recommend them whether you are looking for a quick shirt or bulk order. The service is fantastic, not to mention the turn around and friendly faces!

Just got done with a purchase from shirt Kong Way overpriced I was expecting top quality and the shirts are so cheap. I paid $100 for two shirts to get made and I feel like I should've paid about 40. Hundred dollars would've been OK if they have not been made of such cheap material.

With so many employees, who all have a different styles, sizes, preferences and yes shapes....We found it to be easier to provide our office team with an clothing allowance and take their shirts into Shirt Kong and have them embroidered with our logo. In some cases, employees are pulling shirts out of their closet that they haven't worn in a long times, but would be great for work and having it embroidered. This way, everyone gets what they want!

This place makes the best chalupa this side of the Mississippi, I guarantee it, highly recommend. If you can eat 20 chalupas in 20 minutes, you win a free tshirt and gift card to Edible Arrangements. I ve also heard a rumor there is a secret place on the website to enter the code PURELEAF and you get a free 3 pack of Duluth Trading Company tank tops that fit in your glovebox in case you eat the chalupas in you re car and the adaptive cruise control gets a mind of it s own while washing the chalupa down with a frosty beverage. Anywho tell the owner Andy I said hi when you stop by, and don t forget to grab a churro for dessert, they are wayyyy fresher than Costco:)

This was the most outstanding experience my husband and I have encountered. From the moment I called and spoke with Joann from the time I picked my shirts up! Words can't describe how great things were we even got a tour of the place while we visited. We felt so welcomed from the start. My shirts were finished four days before they were scheduled to be done and were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I have NOTHING negative to say about this experience or the product!!! They have just gained a forever customer and I will be sharing with everyone I know!!

So first off let me just say you pay for what you get. I do a lot of research and I do shirts quite a bit. If I have an idea and a vision I need to bring it to light. Sometimes I don't have time or it's a crisis like now. Which makes things harder it was hard to find a place that was really reasonable good quality and that wasn't trying to get over. By looking at these reviews on Yelp and other places I would have never gave this place a try. When I called I talked to Claire who's the manager. She sent me a quote and I payed for it. Next day talk to Steve. We went back and forth I know for at least two three hours till we came up with the design. So what I'm saying is if you aren't ready to put the work in then don't go here. If you want to just have something slapped on a shirt go somewhere else. The reason why I'm sticking up for this company so hard. professional they listen they go back and forth with you until they get it right. This is your vision they can't put your vision on anything. If you don't give them the vision and speak up when it's not right. they're not rushing you your rushing yourself.
And I say that because I'm hearing how horrible Shirt Kong is and it's 100% not true. But I will say this if you don't have the money and you're not going to be able to put any type of deposit down or you're not going to be able to pay for in full like I did.then you might want to wait because they're very professional. They're not going to start on your shirt or do anything with it. Until they get their money which is understandable with coronavirus out there technically a recession going on . My Hope is this Long review people will know if you see these bad reviews. One you must have didn't deal with Claire or Steve. Two did you do your part? Did you make sure to keep checking your emails did you communicate with them? Because if you didn't or was your reply after their business was closed?That's why your service was bad you're the reason. Don't make no bad review on a company that actually does great service.
So with that being said I hope my review help somebody and really shows how great this company is I was making a one-of-a-kind memorial shirt/symbolizing family shirt. And I needed it for July 4th and I have been calling around I did not wait till the last minute to do this.I actually got discouraged because it was down to the wire now. I've been calling around and getting quotes and prices for weeks. Some of the prices was like you know you making shirts right? So my design is as one of a kind as my family is. You can't expect to get it right just by saying it or responded to the email you got to work with them because they're not inside your head. I honestly believe the bad reviews on here are people that did not put their work in and expected them to be able to read their mind. so I hope this help somebody!!! I will be a returning customer!!!!!! My model is simple everybody got time to complain but how many people got time to give somebody props?

These guys are fantastic. I was new to the whole process of designing and ordering shirts and my experience was simply top notch! I worked with Brandon McBride who helped me get the shirts designed and the order placed. In today's world it's very rare that a person / company follows through but Brandon and Shirt Kong exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I couldn't be happier!

Anybody read a yelp review on shirt kong? These guys are 1 star for a reason.
I was in charge of an order for a place I worked at. This was a massive order that required spreadsheets. These knuckle draggers screwed up my invoice several times. It took me 10 hours over the coarse of the week to fix the 3 invoices they messed up. After several emails back and forth I finally talk to the manger and I was not happy. Joe, I believe his name was. He kept saying " my employees have worked here several years, they wouldnt make a mistake". Well they did several times and would not admit fault. After I made this phone call Joseph decided to email my work place and complain about me. I was not only embaressed by co- workers but I was also thrown under the bus by my boss. These people have terrible customer service and will not think twice about interfering with your place of employment. Lowest of the low. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I also suspect those other "high reviews" are done by there employees!!! Look at their reviews on Yelp!

I have had the opportunity to work with them by making some Intramural shirts for Lindenwood. They are proactive where they go beyond on just doing what we ask them to do. If you are looking for a place for them to make your shirt this is the right place.

The staff was very friendly. They welcomed me right as I stepped in the door. I came in to have a present made for someone and they took the time and effort to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. When I had questions about what I needed done they were quick to respond. I will definitely be recommending people here in the future.

Shirt Kong is a true asset to this community. I have used the embroidery side on several occasions and have always been very pleased with the results. The prices are also reasonable. I recently needed screen-printed shirts. Again, superb service! I stopped by there to price the shirts and discuss designs with the intention of checking a couple of other places. After spending a few minutes with them, I knew I would not be going any where else. The atmosphere is professional and creative and everyone working there seems to love what they do. They also want to be sure you are satisfied. The prices are very competitive, shirt selection is endless, and turnaround is super fast! I received a prompt reply to every email I sent them which was nice. On top of it all, they also offer videography services so I also used this service as well for my event.
