Nice helpful friendly staff who welcome new and old bikers

Start off on a good note, the shop upstairs is amazing, the staff are incredable and helpful! Regarding the sales aspect, never really felt that comfortable, if they thought you weren't buying for even a second the would push you away. And Now to the main reason for 2 stars, there website is incredabily out of date! Went into the shop and seen 125cc bikes that are not anywhere on the website, and a massive shop full of clothing. I went onto the website to follow up on some of the gear I was looking at only to find that they have 4 items in the shop.... this is quite dishearting for a 'modern' business not to even be bothered to update their website.

Great selection of new and used bikes in the showroom and also fantastic service from all the good folk at Shirlaws!

Very overpriced goods both upstairs and down. Customer service is good enough with a calm atmosphere.

Great service I went in to hopefully get some advise on my bike. Really help full instead of sending me away they could not do enuff for me. Let's hope the advice works

I've been lucky enough to purchase a brand new Gsxr 1000r from Shirlaws this week. It's the first brand new bike I've purchased and cant thank Craig, John, Tom and louise enough for the whole experience. From walking in to pick up with the sun shining it couldn't of went any better. The whole team were spot on and the service was outstanding. It made a huge difference to the experience and with the first 200 miles just on I'm delighted. There's really not much else to say apart from go in past and check it out for yourself you wont be disappointed. Thanks again.

Good Service when they want to sell you a bike but not for servicing and MOT's. We have been trying to get the bike serviced and MOT'd for over a week now. First they say someone will call you back...........but they don't. So now the answer machine is constantly on and after 2 messages leaving our phone number with still no response back we're wondering if it would be worth the hassle to travel to another Triumph Dealer who can offer better customer service. Not pleased Shirlaws. Just because you are the only dealer in the North East doesn't mean to say you can treat your customers shoddily.

Over my biking years I have experienced the highs and lows of riding bikes and a Shirlaws have been there supporting me through the pleasures and pains! Always helpful and happy to see you, a friendly place with a family feel befitting their history and established place in the Scottish Bike Scene. From Sales, through Service & Parts, Clothing & Accessories and the often forgotten but crucial Admin Staff, Shirlaws have been and will continue to be an asset in the NE for those seeking all things motorcycling. Highly recommended.
