The staff are bias and I'm convienced the worker's were working against me. They made me go threw so much just to get some help. I had to go back to county. These woman act as thow the money is comming out of there pocket. Only one cool worker in the whole place that really wants to help.

Very frustrating experience!!! Too many people have different information and because of that I had to come back to the office over and over again. I even had my case closed without notice and had to start all over again! One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company who is supposed to "help" out their people. I only came here because my adoptive child is Native and I thought it was the right thing to do for him. This place is just as bad if not worse than County.

Signed up for My grand daughter, very nice and clean place, the people are nice and friendly also

Not helpful if you aren't 100% Native OR a part of their tribe. Very dismissive and monotone when it comes to helping those of us only mixed with Native American.
