David looked after me throughout the purchase of my car. Very different experience but this was due to covid. However, I still felt like I was being taken care of throughout the process. Everything explained, and I got the car I wanted. I will definitely be back in a few years when I want our next car.

Very impressed with this branch. Helpful and friendly staff.
Clean and comfortable waiting area. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Soft play for kids.
If you have a choice of this branch or in city centre I would pick this one.

Appalling customer service. They don t return your calls or emails and aren t interested in your concerns. Don t waste your money on a service plan as they only carry out visual checks something your MOT will cover. You ll be lucky if you can get a courtesy car.

This is the second LR I have bought from Taggarts Glasgow South and have been absolutely delighted with the service provided by Colin and Ronnie. Ronnie, in particular, has been so helpful and customer-focused; nothing was too much trouble for him.
A real credit to TGS and to LandRover.

Rang on numerous occasions in the last 2 days !!! No return of calls !!! Must have so many customers my business not needed !!! Please don t contact me either !!! Damage Done :-( a very unhappy customer who was going to buy a nearly new Range Rover .

Cannot recommend Taggarts, Glasgow South highly enough. In particular, Ronnie Gill, who worked a great deal for me - enough for me to travel up from London to collect the vehicle, and even picked me up from my hotel. Having bought many cars over the years, I have never been given such a thorough hand over, and comprehensive explanation of all the controls and toys on my new car. If you are looking to buy a Range Rover, you won't find a more professional and helpful dealer.

Shocking customer service today was at Maryhill to start with to look at p/x my discovery HSE the few sales people I saw were on the phone hung around for 20 mins then left I was going to the other side of town away I will just go to Glasgow south garage
Had a look round no one approach me went to the desk asked to see someone on sales this was after 15 minutes the guy came forward and said change over with staff and the others were on training I think is what he said someone will be with you in 5 minutes that was at 5-05pm I sat and waited to 5-50 pm and couldn t wait any longer
Is this your best customer service after dealing with you guys for 15 years and many motors through the group
If you can contact me I would like to speak to somebody

This is my Landrover, having just passed the 100,000 mile mark on our way into work this morning, every one of them barring 57 delivery miles done by myself over just short of eight and a half years.

First Car that I have ever owned from New. Both of us essentially sound under the bonnet, but the odd squeak here and there, the occasional dent on the bodywork and the upholstery now getting a bit worn around the edges.

Thanks to my friends at Shields (Taggarts) Landrover Kennishead for keeping us on the road over these years through the thick and thin of Landrover Ownership. They are a great bunch of people and the customer service has always gone above and beyond.

The Freelander 2 is a brilliant car and we re sorry that Landrover aren t making them anymore.

Will we see another 100K ? Who will conk out first Me or the Landrover ?

Everybody involved in the process were great, they kept us well informed at all times, and when my Partner was in the showroom she was made to feel welcome and also a valued customer by all of the Taggarts Girls at Reception and the Service desk

The whole process was dealt with professionally

Amazing staff in this place now because am only 18 alot of car dealers won't take time when I'm intrested in a car however the staff in here treated me with respect and no different to other buyer's so I'll be definitely back in to buy the car I wanted.

Went recently for add blue top up. Booked in and the desk was more than accommodating even when I was running late. Sat and worked in the coffee lounge for 2 hrs and was never questioned why I was there for so long as had work to finish off before moving on. Nice showroom with all the facilities you would expect. Far better than the other Taggart s Landrover in Glasgow which is run down with absolutely terrible service

Appalling. Made an appointment to see a very specific ex demo car. Dealership had my e-mail and phone and knew I was coming some distance. Got there to be be casually told, at first, that the car had not been brought back by a customer that morning but this then changed to it had just been sold. Really? 3 hours and half a tank of fuel wasted. Deal with them at your peril.

The vehicle breakdown was dealt with in a satisfactory manner, both with the LR emergency call out, and the subsequent temporary repair.
The vehicle had to go to the garage the following day and that was handled promptly.
A satisfactory replacement vehicle was supplied for the duration for the time needed to repair the fault.
Reception staff excellent.
A bit of a disappointment that it broke down when only 10 months old .

The service we received on the run up to, during a...

The service we received on the run up to, during and after the servicing of our car was terrific. Caroline, Alex, Lynn and Linda in the service department were attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, especially given the current COVID impact. The online check in prior to arriving was terrific and our car was ready exactly when we were told it would be. Normally people only give feedback when its negative - in this instance - there is nothing but praise for everyone we engaged with. Thank you !!
