I worked at Shields for a few months in the dispatch center. The dispatch manager, Mark, was a very hard person to work with some days. If the slightest thing went wrong, he would be cursing up a storm and very unsettling to deal with. I brought it to the attention of the department manager, Troy, and he didn't seem to interested. The co-workers within the department were nice and the parts manager, Wes, was awesome. The hours I worked were great. I enjoyed my time for the most part. Pay was decent for an entry position. They did take a lot of pride in their customer service and their turn around time for service calls, that was really great. The only thing I would change (if they haven't already) would be to update the systems and GPS to help logistically have the techs go to their jobs in the most time saving and efficient manor.
