not up to the mark..but it is enough comfortable to spend some days

Sheza in hotal have good staff service along with dashing meeting halls.
The food of this place have its own taste.
One thing which is not up to the mark, the rooms of the hotel

A 2 star hotel in the centre of the city. Normal room rents with good quality food.

Pathetic Experience, Hot water non existent. Poor heating conditions and bedding. I would rather go to Sinbad Hotel at same rates.

Food is good. Staff is good.
Management is good. Location is good.
Crockery & Cutlery is Not upto the mark, seems old and dirty.

Was quite a comfortable stay but I was a bit annoyed that I was asked to give a deposit in local currency higher than my three day room rent despite being a corporate booking. However, there were no issues at check out so I would give them an average rating.
The rooms are very large and have heaters if you're travelling during the winter season. I was there during the first week of Jan so it was very chilly at night.
Room service was ok and the chicken soup I ordered was just about average. Would recommend only if it is a short stay

Very poor service. No anyone hear or respond to complaints of customer. Washroom are very dirty and drainage system is very poor. Never ever stay here single or with family.
Go to hell the management of Shiza Inn.
If you ruin your money visit here.

It was not good at all , the service was late , the intercom was being recieved by reception the dinner and breakfast was not good

Acceptable if Ramada or Acari Xpress are fully occupied. Food is not but Overall Hotel cleanliness is not good. Rooms size and amenities is another issue. Decent staff and price are comparatively better with this class of hotels

Nice and clean ( relatively). Good value priced. Used be a part of the Shezan Hotels chain, now sold, but the owners have tried to maintain standards. Good staff. Reminds me of the nostalgic good old days. Have customer car parking

Good restaurant and Hotel in centre of Multan. The Hotel is equipped with halls which facilitate private organizations and institutes to arrange seminars, work shops and trainings.
I go there in two trainings and my experience was good in local (Multan) scenario.
Halls are spacious and manageable according to participants.
Facility of multimedia and other facilities available.
It also serve delicious food at their buffet

3rd class food ever had in any hotel.. But I had some good clicks over there

Room service not properly manage . Need some kind of maintenance like door lock and ect.. .

Very bad stay experience at Sheza Inn. Stinky rooms and washrooms. No daily housekeeping and cleaning. Non-professional staff. Staying there is only the wastage of money.

Good hotel for conducting training and stay with family. Very cooperative and professional staff. Their food is good especially love their prathas in the breakfast.
