Terrin in registration was extremely rude, I asked for a wait time and she rolled her eyes and turned her head. Was not impressed with the treatment they provided for my daughters cut on her face. Had to go to Greenville hospital after and have it properly taken care of. Don't go to this hopsital unless it is life threatening and you have no other options.

This is the worst hospital to speak to anyone in their billing department. The receptionist tells me they only have one person that handles billing. How is this possible for a hospital. When they want their money for bills we are expected to pay asap so when its their responsibility to refund a patient its taken 75 days thus far. And I still have NOT got a call back in the past 3weeks of me calling. Unless ur dying I wouldnt suggest this hospital to anyone.really bc the lady called to say theyd have my check at the front desk n now they cant find out as im about to travel over an hr away. This is ridiculous
Small town hospital with lots of services so you don t have to drive to GR. Lab is open 24/7 as well all the walk-in clinic and ER.
Great small town hospital. Caring staff. Beats driving all the way to Grand Rapids or Saginaw. They enable you to stay close to your family and still receive quality care. Highly recommended
My father accompanied my mother in and the lady at the door rudely told them that there couldn't be any visitors due to covid. This is no surprise but in this case my mother spoke zero English and when my father told the lady this information she didn't care and told him to leave. My mom said she tried asking the lady if anyone spoke Spanish and she was told no in a very bitter/rude tone. How to you expect a patient to express their reason to be there if they can't get the help they need ?
I brought my son into the Walk-In clinic after being turned away from another hospital. They listened to me as a mother and as his patient advocate, which was not my experience elsewhere. We left with his first dose of antibiotics and a script that we were able to get filled right away. The staff were very kind and understanding and the physician was outstanding!
The receptionist was rude when I got there with the worst pain I ve ever experienced I told the doctor what was wrong and he basically repeated what I said back to me never even looked at the problem area I told them that I had been given norcos and they were no help and that I needed something other then pills because they were not doing any good then they gave me 2 shots I ended up leaving in worse pain then I showed up with and now 12 hours later I m in the same position I was in when I left I definitely would NOT recommend
I can not say enough nice things about this small town hospital. The bedside manor is beautiful period. They made me feel like I belonged there. I have sever anxiety PTSD ext..... i walked out with an answer to the issue i was having and a hug!!!!! I'm sure the negative reviews may be from medication seeking individuals who did not get what they wanted ( my personal opinion) because what a badass team they have over in Sheridan. I drive out of my way to go there (I have been twice now myself and I have taken my mother twice also) I almost want to keep this hospital a secret because the wait time is one of the best parts. Thank you to the staff over at Sheridan hospital. I am feeling much better.
