The staff were fabulous the apartment also fabulous id stay again recommended

What a great spot for families at a great price! Lots of room in the suites and great pools.

This resort was absolutely the best so far !! We are about to check out and im sitting on our patio writing this enjoying the views !! We have had a blast the past couple days from the time we got here till early this morning !! The room was Immaculately clean ! Everything you could want or need was available from shampoo and conditioner to bbq grill utensils !! We have visited several resorts around Orlando and they were all nice but this one was just perfect. Pirates cove wasnt open yet but the kids still had fun !! Its a heated pool but not 85 degrees it was definitely a perfect temp on hot days even !! Only once was a time share mentioned when I checked in and I think they probably tried to call me the next day to ask again but I was too smart for that and unplugged the phones !! Were on vacation !! Anyways about to check out after cleaning up after ourselfs !! Yhis place is a must try !! Will definitely be back for my birthday in September !!!

The quality of the rooms were very high, and the rooms were provided with items that increase the quality even more.

Very good facilities, the bathroom seemed exaggeratedly large, the beds very comfortable, the wifi excellent and the TV quite stocked, the pools are the best, for all tastes, the gyms could be a bit more spacious, the staff very friendly, They could serve more coffee every time, the kitchen has all the implements, even a dishwasher, we had a washer and dryer in the room. The location is also quite good, sows everything without being in busy streets. In general, very good price / value relationship.

Stay was not great! In a nutshell, we didn t get a cleaning the first day, and turns out they weren t planning on cleaning our room for our stay. The dishwasher was broken and so was the dryer. I had to call for repair several times, making the stay stressful.

Great for families! A wide range of on-site activities for the whole family combined with various food options.

Currently it is little visited but it is a great complex to vacation, and it is in a place very close to the Disney and universal parks

The location was Central to all of the parks and even a shopping area. The room was very nice and easy to walk around the resort. Bed and pillows were my favorite part as they were extremely comfortable. All the workers were very friendly and helpful.

False advertisements. The sales staff here makes huge abstract promises and makes you take investment decisions in a moment if things or discussions don t go there ways they become aggressive they even go to a limit on looking down on your accommodations choices . Worst sales ever Don t waste time. Highly unattractive and uncoordinated staff. I had to go from tables to corners just to checkout may be a worst standard of hospitality industry
Property: unhygienic and unclean restroom, its an instant way if getting a yeast or UTI infection

Second year staying here, and it's a lovely property. A lot of it has been recently remodeled. There are a few sub communities within, some oriented towards families with kids, and one more for adults

Great for families with young children. The pool with the pirate ship kept my kids busy for hours! Clean grounds too

2nd time here. Nice room. Love having kitchen and porch. So much better than a normal hotel room

After driving nearly 24 hours straight and arriving before check in, I left my glasses in the car and stood in the wrong line for about 20 minutes before I got to the counter. The clerk helped me anyway and was able to get me into a room early.

The very next day, my daughter managed to burst a blood blister. I will spare you all the disgusting details, but it was the same clerk who checked us in who also helped us out with containment at 6 or maybe 7 am - well before my brain was funtioning properly.

Thankfully, it was smooth sailing after all that. The property is absolutely beautiful as are the rooms.

As a side note, my poor photography skills do not do the property justice.

Amazing stay. Rooms are very clean and have excellent amenities. We've eaten at the restaurant, great service. Very friendly staff all around.

Very good place and close to supermarket and shopping and also of Sea World and Disney, the pool is very good but they close it very early

Negatives
1) Was put in a smoking room
2) The owner review was a high pressure attempt to get us to switch from our Westin property Deeded Ownership to their Marriott points approach.
3) There is only one eat on site restaurant - it is small and serves overpriced, average quality bar food

Positives
1) The staff was very nice
2) the rooms were nice and large in 3br (other than smoke smell)
3) they had great lifeguards at the kids pirate pool and the main pool was nice as well
3) plenty of nearby dining options

Love the accommodations. Stay year after year and they remember you and make you feel like family.

Enjoyed our stay here. Lots to do and keep oneself entertained.

Great place to stay in the Orlando theme parks area!

My friend & I just spent 5 days at this resort. Everything was absolutely fantastic!! We had a 2bedroom 2 bath villa. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The grounds, the pool and everything was superb !! Thank you so very much for our wonderful get away. Look forward to coming back !! Stay well & safe.

I own a timeshare here and it's a great get away. Family friendly and 15-20 min from theme parks.

Lovely place. Great service. Clean rooms and so many activities.
Only thing I hate is it's not a Friendly place for smokers! Few areas for smoking and you can sit and smoke !!! So when I want to smoke I have to drive all the way to Starbucks to feel free for smoking .. if u are smoker. Find another place

Amazing resort with lots of amenities and its own taxi service BLUE HORIZON TRANSPORTATION they offer door to door service for reasonable prices

We stayed here to visit disney world. Huge property with enough activities for kids and adults. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is nice as well.

As a life long Marriott person this is my first trip to this resort and it is dated. For starters, the photos are all photoshopped, not even close. I have attached their cover photo and the actual photo. It s not even the pool it is a gray water dingy fountain in front of entrance. The staff is the only reason they didn t get one star. Only two pools, quiet pool is next to large kid pool. The hot tubs are constantly closed, the rooms are nice for price but towel service, good luck even at pool. Cabana rental? Forget about it, all cabanas gone early and your lucky to get a chair. I have to say, stick with Marriott brand only in Florida, all the other acquisitions are old and dated. So keep in mind, if your not on top floor, it will sound like a bowling alley. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Very disappointed Marriott

Overall a nice stay. Great sized rooms. Pool was nice. Gripes include service at restaurants being slow, with the food being average at best.

I've been here many times. I really like this place. And not very expensive.

Good facility and location on International Drive. Better facility than the Vista a that abuts I-4. The Sheraton/Starwood Vacation sites are being merged with Marriott.

The facilities were very very nice. Limited dining options and nothing available late night. The marketplace offers the barest of necessities. The two different bartenders at the pool were extremely rude and seemed unhappy to be doing their job. Tim was curt, argumentative, angry, impatient and lied about a drink s availability. The waiters in the Breeze restaurant made up for Tim by being overly apologetic and admitted I m not the first to complain about him. They were reassuring me that I m not alone in my assessment. I will return again but, I ll bring my own alcohol next time so not to have to encounter a hostile, unhappy, miserable bartender while ordering my poolside margarita!!!

Nice bed, good shower. We stayed in an one bedroom villa and they offered a kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. Pool area and hot tube stay open until 1am, which was nice. They had a good restaurant to eat breakfast and the property was pretty. The problems we had were: we stayed four nights and five days and they only cleaned our bedroom once. We asked to be picked up to carry our luggage for check out, and they never came; we had to drag our bags from building 24 to the main entrance. We woke up one morning to find trash spread all over the place by the elevators. So it was a nice place to stay, but service could have been better.

We have a 3 year old so we came based on the pictures and seeing that there is an age appropriate pirate ship with water slides. We were only here for two nights and decided to give up our theme park day to enjoy the resort. To our dismay they changed the ship and removed the slides but no pictures have been updated. False advertisement! We asked the lifeguards on duty if they would put it back any time soon but they said no. Within 10 minutes of being in the pool it closed due to lightning but there was no thunder or lightning in the area. Also, upon check-in we were given wrong information and named the employee. The girl s name was Cari which I pronounced Karrey but it was pronounced Car ree so the manager said there was no one by that name that works there even though I stated the time specifically.

Nice hotel for a visit to Disney, SeaWorld or Universal. Good location on International Drive. Big suites with kitchens are great for a family. Easy to eat breakfast in your room to save some $$. Pools are nice for an off day. Nice grounds. Helpful staff as long as you avoid the timeshare sales group. Overall great stay.

Lack of accommodation needs. Hounding staff. Lack of activities for kids and teens. Have become very very cheap towards guests and especially platinum members.

Excellent hotel with good infrastructure, modern, well located and a very familiar environment. Front desk staff super attentive. The apartments are huge with 2 separate bedrooms, one suite with 2 queen beds and another king suite and whirlpool tub inside the bedroom. It has TV in the living room (50 inches) and bedrooms (42 inches), all fitted kitchen including utensils, washer and dryer, huge refrigerator that makes ice, vacuum cleaner, and more. Ideal for shopping at Walmart and dining at home. It has a balcony in every apartment.

Centrally located with all facilities like shopping, restaurants nearby, which is specially convenient to the tourists.
Inside the complex it's spacious and has swimming pool facilities to enjoy and have great time.

I got there a day late due to a change in my cruise. I asked if I could please change the departure day and if I could stay there just a few hours late. They could not even accommodate me and give me a late checkout time. I had to leave by 1pm and my flight was not until 10pm.

Price, peace and clean... all I need for vacation!!!! Awsome place.

Rooms were beautiful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Easy Uber ride to all of the local theme parks.

Subpar experience with the staff. The rooms look much nicer online than they do in person. They are clean but don't really feel that way - it may be because everything is a little outdated. It's good for squeezing the whole family in one room as it is large.

Met up with a work buddy for drinks at the bar and had an amazing time. Server was very quick and attentive service was great!

Really nice place to stay. there are kitchenettes so you do not have to go and eat out every day.

Stayed in 1 bedroom villa in Key West Villages. It was beautiful. Close to Key West pool. They had so many activities to choose from. Different restaurants on premises. Very relaxing atmosphere.

My family and I stayed a week at this location and loved it! The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom villa and it was beautiful! The resort had its own cute little grocery that offered made to order sandwiches and salads. We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue to rave about this resort and Blanca! Thanks again!

Pretty nice just a couple of issues with the room. The shower curtain rings were Rusty and coming off. The pool was severely stained, and missing chunks. The hot tub would put out such hot water that it would burn you if you got in the way More

My parents stayed here while visiting us. Beautiful and well kept. Pools were amazing and their suite was beautiful as well.
