The experience was amazing overall..
The atmosphere is very chilling and calming..
The land scape is Amazing and it s all built on separate islands connected with bridges..

The view is amazing every where..
The rooms designs is Nubian style in modernized was make the experience amazing with this touch of simplicity and luxurious in the same time..

The food was good not the best but good..

The hygiene perception for COVID-19 is taken and well maintained is restaurant and rooms and everyone from the staff wearing their masks all time..
I really felt safe there..

The staff were too fresh and nice all the time..
Rooms service was good too..

There are lots of water activities available..
Kayaking, kite surfing and diving..
Boat trips..

There were a bog swimming pool and a gym on the pool view from one side and the sea from the other side..

The experience overall is amazing..
Definitely will revisit..

Definetly not the same 5 star hotel I stayed in 4 years ago, quality deteriorated across everything including the staff they hire. Pool was extremely dirty which indicates that the cleaning doesn't happen on a regular basis, when I asked I was told it's the end of the day tomorrow it will be clean. Breakfast is nice, animation team is crazy cool but not 5 star standard. Some credit goes to Mr Omar duty manager for the great hospitality. But not staying here again.

Very old and dirty rooms. The mini bar (although empty) smells like turkey. The curtains are all stained. Bed sheets were not ironed. Very bad service with reservations. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Lobby and outside are great but once you get inside the room and see the service of this hotel everything changes.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my cousin. I m a gold elite Marriott member having stayed at Marriott properties all over the world. This has been the worst so far.

The property itself is in a great location and service is relatively good. Here are the cons:

1) service for Egyptians is markedly different than for Westerners. Was constantly asked for my non-Egyptian passport in order to be permitted to drink an alcoholic beverage.

2) Good location, aging property. The beach is nice but the building desperately needs renovation. Bathroom showers are old and have low pressure. Room ceilings look old too.

3) Spa is very sketchy. I will probably never get a massage again after this experience. My masseuse spent 30 mins telling me about her divorce history and was overly touchy making me feel uncomfortable. Did not even leave the room to give me an opportunity to change at the beginning and end (standard spa practice).

Avoid if you can.

Very good experience...much cooperative stuff and very friendly...super clean ..food is perfect .i recommend it to all ..adults families honeymooners.

Hotel is elite and elegant. Disinfectant to the bone as they are taking high procedures to clean the place.
Food is so delicious tastes like homemade and they have a variety of food for all meals.
Staff are very welcoming and co-operative to make your stay calm and enjoyable.
The hotel is spacious you need to walk to reach any spot.

Nice place for vacation. Many activities, helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food. Our room was clean and tidy. The only downside for me would be too much nagging at the pool area. One definitive "no" should be enough to resign from spa, trips or photoshoot.

Very nice hotel with perfect staff they are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very big it's suitable for walking and jogging. The pool is large and nice. There is a diving centre and a nice gym. Food is nice but there is not many options and varieties. Overall the hotel is very nice, calm and comfortable.

Exceptional dinning experience with charming atmosphere.
We had eftar of ramadan and it was a great bbq theme night.
Buffet had a great selection of salad,fresh pasta,soup,salad,bakery,sweets and outdoor grill.
The place was very clean and organized where all covid safety measures were taken care of.
