The head board was falling apart. The faux leather was shredded and crumbled. There was mold in the shower with a ton of caulk trying to cover it. The bed was comfortable though. The room was clean.

I normally stay at this hotel for the last 4 years but this is my last time....

My total stay was $332 for 3 nights when I arrived the front desk manager DOUBLE charged my card $664... and said that it will take 7 days for the other $332 to get back on my card

The Starbucks, Gym & POOL IS shut down for good, the bathrooms in lobby was out of order, after hours ANYONE can just walk in, on the elevator floors 6-15 you are suppose to use youe card.... NO that s broken also...

ICING ON THE CAKE.... ALL COMFORTERS HAVE DIRT STAINS AND LEATHER head boards at ripped I changed rooms 3 times because all my outlet didn t work pictures are below....

My wife and I were guests for two nights, April 9-11. The hotel is located in a nice area of Silver Spring. Due to covid there were no amenities in the hotel. Even the tiny gift shop was empty. There was a 7-11 about 2 blocks away. Even for a weekend with few guests, the hotel was under staffed. The staff on duty had very little knowledge of the area. When it was time to leave, I could not find a luggage cart so I had to make multiple trips to load the car. We were not happy with our stay.
