Rooms and service are excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beachfront and loved how is designed. It's surrounded by beautiful and we'll maintained gardens! It's well situated and close to market, restaurants, motorbike rent and tour guide places. Totally recommend.

They had cold air conditioner, great pillow, big screen television and nice hot water.
Ironing, refrigerator and huge mirror available in the room.
I book garden view room and they upgraded become sea view room.
This Sheraton has large garden.
Valuable for money instead, with the facilities that enjoyable.
Perfect location, near minimart.
There is no lift or elevator here. So if your room is on 1st,2nd,3rd floor you must walking from the lobby. But dont worry, the hotel concierge will help you with your luggage. And it nice sometimes that you can excersice though walking from lobby to your room or to the beach behind hotel building. The bezt things is you can have beach by yourself (like private beach and the previlige the hotel building in front of beach) since we can access it directly near swimming pool whatever time you might want to.

A heaven on earth. Perfect place to calm down and relax. Sunsets are fantastic, right out of a picture book!
The best is the live piano during breakfast by a naturally gifted staff of the hotel!
The hotel is quiet and located on a private beach. No souvenir seller is allowed in.
The area around the hotel is save, also at night. Plenty of restaurants around the property although the taste of the food in the hotel is unsurpassed and worth the money.
Loved the breakfast menu and delicious. The room was quite old school but nice.

Our room was beautiful, the garden is amazing, the massage as well, with a view on the sea! The staff is super nice, and the food is delicious. At breakfast, we had the best view ever!! and the diving center organised beautiful dives for us!
I think this is the best hotel on lombock. Perfect service, everyone is very friendly. Overwhelming breakfast with piano player (teaches himself)! Great pool, specially at this time, because the hotel is not full, so the pool and the pool bar belongs to us.
Believe me, when I visit Senggigi again, I will stay here.

Nice place, I'll put 5 stars if this hotel got an elevator. Cause kinda hard to get on 3rd floor with toddler. One thing I love so much about sheraton is bulayag raja. Best dish I've ever tasted
