Sheraton Langkawi Resort Reviews

Rooms aren't that great, but has good beach access and pool. Very close to the airport and a huge breakfast buffet that is definitely a plus as there aren't any restaurants in that area.

I wonder whether this is a hotel or a rat hole. Booked one of the premium room, Manu lights doesn t work. Toilet is way too bad. Altogether no value for money. It sucks big time.. please don t waste time and money by booking this.

This is one of the resorts under the Century group of Hotels and resorts which they are running in collaboration with Sheraton group. The Resort is hardly 1 KM from the airport. It is midway if you drive from Cenang beach to the Skycab. The resort doesn't have much properties/restaurants in the nearby area so if you are planning to eat outside you have to drive a bit in order to find a good restaurant. The resort has its own restaurant which is fairly expensive. We booked a comfort room and stayed for three nights. The room were extremely spacious and well done. You get a mini fridge, iron, bathroom slippers, safe and a private balcony to go with. The wardrobe doors were broken and we faced a problem everytime we wanted to open them. The resort has its own infinity pool with 4ft depth and a private beach. It is a very peaceful resort spread across a good area. The breakfast was complimentary with not much options for veg. The spread was lavish. Overall it was worth the stay. If you dont want the pool and beach resort you can get plenty other options in much lesser price.

Very friendly and helpful staffs & manager. But the place needs a lot of upgrading.....damaged doors, toilet bowls unable to flush....lights not working....wifi is great...pool & view is superb...

Horrible by all means! Most dirtiest and poorly maintained star hotel I've ever been to. Disgusting attitude of staff when it comes to attending to our petty requests.
Bellboy was not available and we had to drag our luggage for quite some distance since the room was way too far from the reception.
There are tons of hotels close to the airport so stay away from this to save yourself from ruining your holiday!

Serene and quaint resort located near the airport. the place lacks some maintenance though. then realised that this was actually Four points by Sheraton previously. has a very nice swimming pool overlooking the beach. room was big and spacious. bathroom facilities are good too. morning breakfast was not too bad. hence it was overall a pleasant retreat.

Staying here on August 2018. There is worst thing happen to my family here. Hoping they will solve them. But nothing solve until now, so I decided to write a review now. Bad security, no enough cctv, no safe box, no responsibility. Someone can enter your room. I lost my bag together with wallet and passport. When report to management. They said it is first time. When report to police, the police officer said this hotel have a lot same cases. But the management keep deny it. Please dont waste your money staying here. Very dangerous place.

Very good resort located at langasuka area ,newr the airport and very close to langkawi police academy. The resort is very calm ,we use to get room with pool view . The resort has private beach and very nice swimming pool . Staff are polite and ready to help .most places will cost you around 20 ringgit to reach you just go down to the lobby or in fromt of hotel . (Still u can bargain)

My husband and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. Our flight landed late so we wanted somewhere close to the airport. For the cheap price, we didn't expect much but we were really happy with the hotel!

- Delicious food in the restaurant
- Clean and HUGE rooms
- The pool is one of the best I've ever seen
- Quiet and peaceful

Other reviews will say there needs to be some refurbishments. This is true, but its mostly just painting it needs. Not much of a downside at all.

If you want the affordability of a hotel over a resort in Langkawi, then stay here!
