Very nice staff.....and clean hotel with various facilities ..near from airport .....offering shuttle bus. ......

Now Hilton previously Fairmount, on of the top places to stay in Heliopolis area, very near to the airport.
A number of diverse restaurants to choose from, and an excellent venue for big meetings.

The hotel was excellent. It was an interesting trip and it was beautiful and the most beautiful. I accepted a very respectable person and a secretary. 00201110793739 A car with Hyundai Accent. Rent a day, B 600 J. If you want accommodation, I want a special place to give you a great trip.

It is a very sweet hotel and has a very respectable organizational set

Significant issues. Parents forced to pay entire bill upon arrival, then forced to pay addition amount for same rooms after the fact. Hotel forced my parents to pay extra money or they would not let them have their bags. Never had a hotel tell me one day your bill is payed in full, then come back a few days later and say -- oh by the way i need more money , did not charge you enough. Sad state n Egypt right now.

Place is perfect, yet they have a profound problem with customer service attitude.

Highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are very new and excellent amenities in comparison to other competitors. Breakfast was also excellent as were the restaurants. I tried the Indian and Italian, both very good choices for a business dinner. Overall, I'm def coming back on future business trips.

Wonderful facilities, delicious food, excellent service. It is easy to see that those who work there, love their jobs.

Such a beautiful room. They have ATM machines in the building. This hotel has a lot of restaurant selections. It also has onsite a cleaners service location. Very classy hotel in Cairo, Egypt.
