Sheraton Duluth Hotel Review

The rooms were nice, just slightly below a typical Sheraton quality. The service/employees were friendly and great, which I would say is slight above a typical Sheraton. The location is central if you plan on being close to Superior Street, but it is noising inside and through the windows; minimal sound proofing for a Marriott. If you are looking for a quieter stay at a Marriott, I would recommend going to the Point's Fairfield. It is generally the same price, better parking situation, and closer to Canal Park.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt welcome! The hotel desk clerks were so friendly! It is a beautifully maintained hotel with a lovely room. The shower is fantastic! The lobby area and restaurant are wonderful. We had a delicious dinner! The location is close to an entrance to the Riverwalk and just walking distance from other places. The price is SO much more reasonable than Canal Park hotels. We really appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so nice to our little dog. We will definitely book again!

From the parking lot to the hotel is confusing bc the signs on which way to go are terrible. All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was terrific, our waitress was the bomb, she was just excellent!! The rooms were clean, beds comfy but small, the hair dryer in room 626 only blows cold air, this lighting in the bathroom sucks and the light switch is outside the bathroom, so odd. Good views of Lake Superior & located right downtown Duluth, Mn so you can walk to several restaurants, shopping, etc. I would recommend staying here for all the positives I've mentioned.

Their location is easy to get to. The front staff were impeccable, fantastically polite and accommodating. The room was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The tv was of a larger size, meaning it was pretty cool.
One complaint I have is there were no refrigerators or microwaves. So you'll have to chill your beers in the sink and not hold onto leftovers. The bathroom was spic and span and very comfortable and by that I mean it was large enough to move around in. The shower was great. Perfect size.
They have a shuttle that will deliver you or pick you up within a six mile radius.

The rooms are compact but perfect for your needs. They are spotless, including the glasses and bathtub/shower. The food is delicious, and the service superior. As a frequent flyer I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a little more luxury than your common room.

Loved this hotel. The location, downtown, lacked something to be desired, but the view over Lake Superior was fantastic. I was there as I needed to have a medical procedure 4 blocks away. The hotel arranged a taxi for me the morning of my procedure and it was on time to bring me to the medical center. We left for home the morning after my procedure so we didn't get to enjoy the many amenities and facilities the hotel had to offer, plus it was during Covid-19. All and all a great stay. Wonderful staff. Will be back again.

Bed was comfortable, room was nice, but it was clear our room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom floor and toilet had not been wiped down and both had hair and stains on them.... We didn t spend much time in our hotel room until the evening when we noticed how gross the bathroom was. We would have requested to switch rooms, but it was late in the evening by the time we realized and we didn t want to deal with the hassle of changing rooms for one night. Convenient location, but we likely won t be back.

Feels like a 5 hotel. Guest service is fast and friendly. Rooms are modern and classy. Amenities are high end. Technology is personalized. The breakfast is incredible. Better value for what you pay than any of the hotels in Canal Park.
