Stayed here during a major snow storm March 2021 and had a really great stay despite the circumstances. We were forced to extend our stay dud to the weather and the hotel honored the rate. The rooms were super clean the staff was very courteous. Had an overall pleasant stay and will definitely come back! The hotel is HUGE and beautiful.
Very happy with my experience here. Got upgraded to an executive suite which was wonderful. Comfy spacious bed and rooms. Great service and good easy location with a lot of affordable surrounding parking.
The rooms are adequate and clean. Front end staff are very rude. And the restaurant.,. Lol save your money walk across the street and choose from far better restaurants. The food was horrible. Although it was my birthday and the waiter did bring over a free dessert which actually was not bad. And wait staff are very professional and personable.
Definitely like the new look. Staff was great in assisting and answering any questions that I had. Rooms were comfy. Love the fact that the Yard House is attached to the hotel. Smart idea combing the coffee bar with a liquor bar. Wish I had the chance to check it out while I was there. Overall, great job! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Awesome place to stay felt very secure. The place was spotless loved our room! For many reasons ! My husband was completely relaxed, he has a stressful business. Only because the chain of supply is weak. We could not have had more fun!! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will be back definitely. q
It's a hotel like many hotels but bigger, probably the biggest hotel i went to, more fancy, with a rooftop pool and many more extra things like the location, i think it's the perfect location.
Pro tip: if your an early bird and have a car and don't want to spend $40 for self park or $50 with valet .. just park your car outside for the night for free from 8 or 9 pm (i don't remember) to 8am! Just be aware of the parking signs and where to park.
Loved the hotel. Lots of amenities and got a great room. The breakfast was great and they have a Yard House Restaurant on their lobby basically but also their own restaurant / bar. Someone mistakenly charged something to my room and they took care of it with no hesitation. My room was super clean with great views. Will definitely come back
Very nice. Clean friendly oasis in a sort of scary downtown. Royal at the front desk was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Nice staff at the coffee/food bar in lobby. Fire pits outside, workout room and pool. Right on the mall. Will stay again. Met nice people in lobby including a lot of airline staff. Provided me with free toiletries I was missing while stranded in denver due to air travel walk offs.
Lovely hotel. So clean. So pretty. Awesome service. There is a Yard restaurant in it, which is really nice of you've just come in from a long drive or flight. We really enjoyed our stay.
