A great destination that you do not have to go out...

Friendly staff and located just a short walk from Fenway.
Rooms are nice, carpets are plush. Pool doesn't have a hot tub.
Be careful of their reservation system. I requested a 1 bedroom suite and was given a smaller junior suite. Front desk at check in was totally unhelpful. I ve stayed there many many times in the same room type. You d think they could have taken a quick look at the history of my many stays. After completing a survey detailing my poor experience I was told it was all my fault. Really?
They let us check in early after our red eye! Much appreciated.
Not as nice as it should be the prices and customer service at check in. Older finishes in room. Everyone was friendly and helpful except front desk check in.
Planning a business trip I called up to see if there was extra rooms for fellow colleagues. I was informed that my reservation for an upcoming conference although confirmed emailed and paid for had been cancelled no information was ever provided to me about why they would cancel my reservation and not tell me. They had not only my credit card information but my home address my phone number and my email it made no attempt to contact me. Had I not tried to get extra rooms for my coworkers I would have landed in Boston with nowhere to stay. To make matters worse it's now 48 hours later and I have received no response in trying to solve this problem. I have called their 800 customer service I have called the hotel directly and all I get is looped into a voicemail that nobody ever returns. As somebody who travels every other week for business I have never experienced dysfunction to this level. As I'm right now I am booking four trips to four other cities Sheraton Hotels are off my list of consideration
Hotel rooms noticeably uncleaned; sticky residue left on surfaces. An okay place to shower and sleep.
We had a confortable suite w great view to z city of Boston and its river.
It's a large convention hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms are comfortable, though a bit dated. My junior suite was woefully under lit, and I had to request an additional floor lamp, though an additional three lamps were truly needed.
Great rooms, good accommodations, very clean, good security. Staff seems to be on point and attentive, even at the wee hours of the morning. Close to the airport and many other attractions and restaurants!
Divey hotel overpriced and under invested in go elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible. Staying at this hotel right now. If I could leave now to another hotel I would. The bathroom was stained with feces and the water in the bath tub did not drain. When requesting to change room they said there's nothing else Available. Dirtier than any hotel I have been in. I am a spg member and highly disappointed. Never staying on Sheraton again.
Both soft and hard are satisfied as a Sheraton in the United States. Directly connected to the Prudential Center, so shopping on rainy days is easy. You can also access Prudential Station on the Green Line without getting wet. Fenway Park is not too far away, so it's good for baseball fans to watch.
We only parked there via SpotHero. It's a bit hard to get into the valet area due to construction & Boston traffic. Parking people were great though!
It is pricey and the rooms are a tad small but very comfortable and seem clean. Our room didn't have much of a view.
Really nice hotel. Super expensive for any add on. 58$ for parking? Get outta here. The lot across the street is cheaper, but not by much.
Beautiful Hotel Sheraton from the 19th floor. Historic Boston with 400 years of American history.
The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was very small.
The breakfast is rich. The hotel is centrally located. From the hotel you can go directly to a mall. There are nice shops in the mall. A visit to Eataly is definitely recommended.
Great place...clean friendly....great cinnamon raisin bagels
Was not a overnight guest but the event I attended was held in some of the rooms by the hotel. From what I saw the place was clean and spacious. The room where the event was held was also very spacious and had a lovely ceiling and light fixture. There was a giant stage as well that was used.
I had to stay in the hotel for four days as I attended a national conference. Old building, rude staff, expensive compared to better places in Boston area... I won't go again
We were very disappointed by the reception: haughty and inefficient staff!
Upon arrival, we understand that our account will be charged $ 50 per day! for possible degradation! ... Way to act quite surprising of a hotel of this category! We are not bandits.
Bad explanation of the staff. During our stay in New England we were never asked to dial our bank code.
Attention to your budget! Remember to add to the price of the room $ 58 per night for the
parking and $ 9.95 per day for WIFI !!
On the other hand 10 out of 10 for the hearty and delicious breakfast.
Staff of the service concerned very kind and efficient and very discreet.
Big contrast with the reception staff!
Comfortable room and excellent bedding.
It was good. But I felt the room info displays could have worked better if they displayed relavant info
Stayed over for a special occasion; Front desk upgraded us to a big room at the top of the tower and gave us a round of drinks at the bar. Excellent service and a great stay.
Depending on what you expect from the hotel, the most basic part of staying is very comfortable.
It is directly connected to the Prudential Center and can go to Copley Place without rain, and within walking distance of the Fenway Park and the Boston Museum of Art. The subway is also near the green and orange line stations and the location is good.
Great hotel nice and clean, rooms are modern and well appointed!
The rooms and overall cleanliness of the hotel were great. The valet however was another story. My valet was free because my company had made a deal with hotel but the valet guy could not understand when I told him my valet should be covered. He made me go back and forth from the front desk instead of calling them himself.
Nice and large hotel. Employees were pleasant and knew what they were doing. Nice view for the river side. The pool was not the one in the pictures though, and the WiFi was inconsistent.
The room service happens, as normal. It is connected to a large mall complex, so you don't actually have to go outside to shop. Rooms seem to have only one bed, but they are large beds.
I think sheraton hotel class we were in the 18 floor beautiful view and everything was clean and perfectly commendable. I was at the World Cup and know about the sheraton hotel.
Lovely hotel, staff really nice friendly and helpful. Room comfy big and nice view. Location fabulous, easy to get everywhere. Had 2 gorgeous streets running behind it one had all expensive shops on like Chanel, Gucci and the other was full of eating places tree-lined and just lovely. Would highly recommend it and would stay again.
Friendly service. Burgers were surprisingly good. Convenient location. Easy walk to Fenway Park.
Great location and very friendly staff. Our room left a bit to be desired, however. The mini fridge had been left open and condensation had run onto the carpet leaving it wet. The bathroom was quite tiny with no hooks or bars for hanging clothing or towels. Last, the bed headboard covering had worn through.
Was here for HMUN 2016. Pleasant environment in the room, good connection to mall and plenty of restaurants, truth be told I only went outside once during my 4-day stay.
I wish ride share vehicles could access the pick up/front area. If they allowed it I would have given 5 stars. Makes it inconvenient otherwise.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing section of Boston. Rooms have amazing views. The staff was very attentive.
We stayed for 10 nights and our room was huge very clean and comfy, excellent and helpful staff from start to finish, all staff members were friendly and helpful we will stay here again
Thanks for a great visit we will be back best breakfast every left so full ... An great services...love the sights from my room. An the view wow....
Stayed there while attending a work conference. I found it a bit difficult/confusing to navigate, but got used to that after a couple days. Overall, a nice hotel, lots of amenities and conveniently located. The only complaint would be, for me, the room was a bit cramped. I couldn't stand in the bathroom without closing the door, lest I get in the back with the door handle while standing at the sink. Overall, a good experience.
Staff it's great attended the our needs and the room was excellent. Will definitely book skin when we are in Boston.
Just stopped in to use WiFi to call an Uber, very friendly front desk clerk. :)
I loved how close the hotel is to Prudential and the train. They also had great service any time we had to speak with them
They hung up my call while I was explaining my question, and I tried to call back, they hung up right after I press 4 to connect to the guest service department. One time they picked up, but they say nothing and hung up on me again!
Decent. Line for check in real long with rush of Pearl Jam fans!!
Constitution Ballroom was great for the work function held there.
Great location, room was spacious and comfortable. SPG club status food was a nice bonus.
Standard sterile corporate Sheraton. Centrally located near Copley Square.
The location of the Sheraton Boston Hotel is right in the heart of Beantown! It's conveniently located just a stone's throw from Berkeley College, Fenway Park and The House of Blues! It's also connected to the Hynes Convention Center which makes for easy access to Conventions and retreats... The Bathrooms are clean and the staff is courteous... need I say more?
A little outdated and beds worn but overall an enjoyable experience. Great location. Club lounge amenities was nice.
It's a good hotel for families and to be close to all the action, like shopping and restaurants. Nearby quick bite is a Which Wich and a Starbucks! The lobby is very large with an attached bar and restaurant. Also on the lobby level is a market style restaurant serving burgers ($9) and sandwiches with ample seating. There is also a nice spa attached to the lobby that seems to have a good selection of skin care products. Pool and gym is on 5th floor of South Tower. Pool is small and gym is split into two parts around the pool, with adequate equipment. Hotel offers executive/concierge lounge with a breakfast and other food options later in the day.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to some good restaurants and some shops.
Executive Deluxe Suite is false advertising. Room is small, decor is dismal and outdated, furniture is worn and stained . Bathroom is so small... barely enough room fior one person to fit in.
Not conducive to business travel as the working area is cramped, poorly lit, etc
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. However, there are numerous hotels within walking distance that are far MORE superior for the same price. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Clean, convenient hotel in the heart of Boston. Connected to Prudential Center for lots of shopping and dining options.
Very well located. Excellent pool and fitness centre located on the 5th floor. No hot tub. Conveniently located next to the mall and Newbury street. Rooms are clean but the one we were in had remnants of body odour, smelled like a couple had a really fun night..
The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to Fenway.
Overall, this is a truly amazing hotel. That said, the entire 18th floor of the south tower smells like they soaked Clifford The Big Red Dog in hobo sweat and let him shake it off in the hallway. Thankfully, with a towel under the door and a liberal dose of Axe body spray, the room itself gets upgraded to smelling like a frat house couch.
Everything else is fantastic though. If you're listening Sheraton, ozone generators are like $50 on Amazon. Just sayin...
Meh good as far as hotels had a couple of friends staying in a couple rooms down and they said they got robbed by the room service, I myself didn't want it and now I'm thankful for that. I haven't heard if she ever got all her money back but they stole quite a bit.
The hotel was beautiful inside and the facilities in the function area were kept very clean. Parking at the Prudential parking garage offered easy access right into the hotel.
It's in a location that's close to many shopping options and mass transit. In fact the mall is accessible without actually going outside of the hotel. However, the room I stayed in was a bit old. The wall paper was bubbling, the carpet looked like it needed to be ripped off, and the bed sheets needed to be washed again, or replaced. Not sure if this is indicative of the whole hotel, but doesn't leave me with a five star rating.
Good rate for Back Bay on a Saturday night. Kids loved the pool.
