Not sure how to rate this place. Food taste is below average but overall it's good and fine.

Excellent room, wonderful bed and the shower is amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly service. Food was good in the lounge and they had pleasant entertainment.

One of the best located 5 star deluxe hotels in Amman. Breakfast is rich as well as dinner. If you're a big fan of seafood, don't miss their seafood night every Thursday.

Good destination for weekend. I hopefully the change to a non smoking hotel is taking place soon

I have been in this hotel 4 times and it's outstanding hotel in every thing. The best thing swimming pool in Amman , location, clean rooms , staff fantastic in my opinion i like it more than intercontinental and four seasons

The Sheraton and their employees have been great. I spent a little over two months here and from day one, everyone made it a point to remember my name and greet me daily. The Front Desk Manager Mohammad Shelbayah, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and periodically called to check on me during periods of quarantine. My room attendant Christine, left me friendly notes each day, reminding me to have a great day, she always had a friendly smile and never failed to to make sure I was taken care of. The ladies working the restaurant are among the best. Mae, Jean and Christine were wonderful, absolute professionals yet very personable. All of them went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, they even brought me local specialties to try and always had my drinks ready for me as I walked in for breakfast each morning.
Overall great stay, everyone was super accommodating and if I m ever out for another trip, this is where I ll be staying.

This is not my 1st time in spice garden, which is usually my favourite, but this time, it wasn't good, food was not fresh and varieties were less than usual..

Great hotel In terms of rooms and conferences services. Food needs to be worked on in terms of variety.

Parking facilities are hectic where you have the choice of a "paid valet" or find your own parking in the super crowded area

No parking. You must use valet and keep the key with the valet as it very small parking place

Wonderful swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and an awesome gym! You will pay more but its worth it and you get what you paid for.

A nice hotel but not many things available around the hotel

From the check in process and room service the experience was amazing. The staff always serve with a smile on their faces. I also had an issue with the power adapter and Mr Omar from the service team made sure to find the right kind so that I could then use it. Such service is commendable and adds to the wonderful experience. Breakfast was also very good with a nice spread. I also tried foul for the first time and really liked it with a dash of chilli paste and lemon!

Nice clean hotel.. limited food restaurants.. good hospitality

My visit was for Ramadan breakfast, and the ideas were on the outside gear, the place was neat and orderly, the service was excellent, the food excellent and the composition excellent.
My observation
1 - I can not find the table that is supposed to sit on it.
2. In some places the lighting was insufficient.

They really no how to take care of you there. I was there for business and had no troubles at all. If you have breakfast at the buffet, guard your plate. They will take it in there zeal to be helpful.

Wonderful accommodations. Extremely helpful, kind, friendly, courteous and professional staff. Great facilities and restaurants. Back again from NY with family for the third time in three years. Excellent fitness center and pools. All around fine, upscale hotel. No complaints, only praises. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jordan where there is much to see and experience. Highly recommended!

All the respect and appreciation to Sheraton Amman is fine

Food and beverage are the worst in here, very low quality and the buffet arrangement is simply out of any logical order and even if you ordered room service it doesn't have any taste at all, seems like you eat plastic...
The structure and the color of the lobby throws you back to 80's and maybe 70's in a way that I didn't find pleasent at all with all that marble decoration adding to that there is too much stairs in the lobby which I found frustrating.
Meeting rooms are quite good though but they definitely need new chairs and a (more modern) carpets.
Find a solution for the long waiting of valet to bring your car and put some shade ( an umbrella or something) where people wait their cars instead of standing under the burning sun in summer.

The rooms are horrible. Completely infested with mosquitoes (flying cockroaches) no rooms available for change ... I waited in reception from 22h until almost 3am, after two "cleanings" approximate, in short a real nightmare ...

My stay at The Sheraton Amman is by far and away above the best experience I have ever had whilst staying in five star hotels. The staff were cooperative, friendly and were at my assistance whenever needed. The food was outstanding and whenever I wanted to change an item on the menu to suit my tastes the chefs always obliged. I will continue to stay at this outstanding hotel whenever I am in Amman.

5 star hotel but it's not very good including to the price and the place it's a 3 star hotel now and it's need alot of fixing
