I was at indian restaurant in this hotel and the food, service and the setup were excellent I love this place

Really good hotel with a large complex including pools, play area, running course a gym a spa area. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and booking tours. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a security check at the entrance and also scanners before entering the hotel. I was travelling for work and my hand tools were not allowed on the hotel. This was slightly unusual but understandable.

Considered one of the best hotels in Addis Ababa to stay at. It is a gated Location with variety of meal options. The staff is very friendly to the point it's insane. These guys are humble and attention to details.

Very nice hotel which is clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is located in a very large compound with a jogging track going around it. There's a nice fountain in the courtyard, with light show in the evening. It has plenty of F&B options as well as some good bars and a night club.

Amazing customer care, clean location with clean compound, safe parking and high security rooms, nice antique shops, amazing food with amazing Bar with fair price, clean and nice restrooms, this place is a palace in Addis Ababa, if you have the money and not looking for budget hotel Sheraton is a great choice.

Very good. Large, elegant, well maintained. Polite and professional staff. Excellent service in the restaurant. Good breakfast. Good spa and swimming pool. . Minuses: the air conditioning in the room can't be adjusted properly, despite the sophisticated control board. Definitely a very nice surprise. Way over the expectations . Go there

This is one of the most beautiful hotels globally. The service from the reception when you enter is amazing. The lobby is fantastic and grand. The grounds are massive with outdoor swimming pool s and a water garden. The service in the restaurants as well as housekeeping are fantastic. If I could give this place six stars I would.

One of the greatest Sheraton premises i have ever seen. Service is perfect. Interior is just gorgeous. Rooms are unbelievable. Good bar with nice dance and music show.

Delicious and good portion. I have enjoyed the meal and definitely I will give a second chance to test the same food.
