Recently the company name as changed to LAMINAAR AVIATION INFOTECH, I was worked around 8 month in this company as fresher, I think this is not the suitable company for the Freshers, they will never bother about the employee problems, they will always concentrate on the work irrespective of employees problem and test leads are not supportive in some teams, but when it comes to application it's really good.
So stupid. You guys posted 4-6yrs Manual testing walkin. I have 4 yrs in testing, I go this consultancy n HR says we don't have requirement for this much senior profile. So did she think I have decade exp? If the package is issue, I guess we have to work for free. These guys need less exp, less paclapa and expert level knowledge. So Insane. Please don't waste others time and money. Many ppl would be looking for job and you guys just play fool out of it.
It's a good domain and an Indian based company, apart from these two factors there is nothing good to name about this place. Though the HRs are trying to drive a new era out of this place hard but it's out of impossible to help people's mindset grow. Being a family woman if anyone is planning to join this company, a big no from my experienced suggestion. You have no life out of work and you are forced to work all day and weekends aswell. There is no end for your work to finish, there is no full stop it's just comma. To conclude it's not a place for woman employee, men dominant workplace.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my career, they will be first impressed with your profile later in a hurry they will schedule the interview and once you travel all the way to Bangalore you will be done with your interview but the worst is yet to come here it all starts no feedback no update no communication what so ever and when you follow up with them no courtesy to respond. Strictly no to outstation candidates not sure about the local candidates what they undergo.
Got interviewed and was selected too, HR called up and I formed will arrange for telephonic managerial round, but dint show up until now. Don't make candidates wait and wait, give proper info.
It is located in the places as shown in Google maps and Google. Now there is newly built skywalk to cross the road. Before that we people suffer from traffic jam and it takes time to cross road
One of the worst experience i had here.they make you so much scared with there attitude as they are god n they are only people who will give us job,first of all make candidiates feel comfortable with you during interview,you are with ur worst attitude and later tell chill its just an knowledge u are sharing.because there was time wen you guys had also crossed this phase of life as a fresher/experienced .sometimes if a candidiate is not answering is not because he/she doesnt know the answer its because you already got there confidence down..testing is a sea so work is divided among diferent test engineers.no one is 100% perfect.you guys have to understand..
