Sheboygan County Fairgrounds Reviews

Excellent well groomed dirt track with very nice covered grandstand and aluminum bench seating with backs. The programs are run efficiently throughout the evening with plenty of personel on hand to keep things moving along as they should. Seems to be one of Tony Stewart's favorite places as I have seen him run here a few times with and without his all stars! I hear they also run a nice, reasonably priced weekly show on Saturday evenings. Food is good too at the concession stands, bonus! If you are in the area, its well worth the stop for any race fan.

Attended a race at the fairgrounds. The track area of grounds were very nicely maintained, including restrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, all smiles. They also have a variety of food options, not just the frozen pre-made boiled burgers you find at a lot of race tracks. Would recommend the cheesy steak fries!!

Love this race track! They work very hard at keeping it up to date and great area to race on!

Has easy parking, handicap restrooms and a nice grandstand area to sit in and watch all the action!

Add in the yearly county fair event and you have a fantastic "County" attraction for all the visitors and other events.

We went to races at Plymouth dirt track, very nice facility & good racing surface. the main food line is incredibly SLOW, they should take lessons from the kids at the other food barn,MUCH more efficient. love the grilled cheese with hamburger!

This fair is absolutely lovely. Admission prices reasonable and kids under 10 are free. Plenty of variety of animals as well as multiple buildings of 4H projects. Parking was 4$ which is very reasonable as well. Can't wait for next year.

Love Plymouth fair grounds! My grandma lives right accross the street so I grew up around the area and we love taking walks in the fairgrounds year round.

Race track has no regard for the noise level the surrounding neighborhoods are subjected to. No sound mitigation efforts made by the owners of this privately owned track. The racing should be moved to the appropriate area of Road America and the fairgrounds left to be for farming/dairy and crafts as are most county/state fairs are.

EDIT: Now I'm finding out that there may be issues with exhaust fumes and ground contamination. One of the people living near the track has noticed several neighbors dying from cancers.

Please note, this track is a minor player on the dirt track circuit and I can't help wonder if the ground it is on couldn't be better utilized.

A wonderful place to take the family. A great chance to see how hard farm families work and the pride they have for their trade. A place to see live animals, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens,turkeys, rabbits, Guinea pigs, oh yeah horses too. A wide variety of food to try, great live bands and all types of music for your listening and dancing pleasure. A wide variety of grandstand entertainment as well. Great gardening exhibits, floral, fruit, and kids exhibits. Many commercial exhibits as well to meet many of your lawn and garden, and farming needs. Highly recommend a visit!!
