Shaw and Gibbs seem to care more about billable hours than giving sound advice to their clients, I have been with them for 2 years approx' and they have gone from a useful business asset to an hinderance. I've had to chase them to submit basic paperwork and recently moved our PAYE and VAT from them as it was all done last minute sadly I could not recommend them.
