We had issues with our new dryer and these guys were quick to diagnose what was wrong. Parts were quick to arrive and be installed. Very happy with the technician work and professionalism.

Ken and the team here at Shaugnessy Appliances are the best! I have had two issues with two separate fridges. They were fast, friendly and took care of the issues. (plugged drain) Would recommend to all my friends and family.

The guy was friendly. I think I would give full stars if there was a call before he arrived. The receptionist said he would arrive between 1-5 with a call beforehand. It was $109.00 for the guy to look at it for 10 seconds and say your barring is broken and you will need a new washing machine then write a report. In these cases, it would be nice to have a fee that is not more than 10% of the actual washing machine for not doing much.

Just phoned Shaughnessy and spoke to a young woman there. Explained my dishwasher dilemma to her and she recommended a remedy to me. I was so delighted that she offered help at no cost and was so pleasant. I will be trying out her suggestion this evening. Thanks for your expertise. If it doesn t work out you will get my repair business!

Great service and friendly people. The customer service agents are always willing to help and the technicians are prompt and attentive. This company probably offers the best service in Saskatoon for fixing appliances.
