The only decorator I've ever used in the last sixteen years. They're the best. Prices are fair, quality of work is great, and their customer service is exceptional. I hope these comments don't jinx my future projects.

To make a long story short, they used the WRONG art work on shirts that I brought them to screen print and then told me that they can't credit me for the wrong image they used. They expect me to pay for the WRONG image on shirts and were completely UNAPOLOGETIC for RUINING my merchandise. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I completely recommend using another company. Representatives were very quick to communicate pricing and ADDITIONAL fees for everything, but simply got RUDE and "played the blame game" when it was time to own up for completely MESSING up an order. Save yourself the headache and use another company. FRAUDS :-(

Perfect Embroidery from a Perfect company. If you need embroidery that will make you look good in front of your customer, Sharprint is the answer.

BUYER BEWARE: Read the reviews here before doing business with this shop. There are already 9 one star reviews for poor quality, rude customer service and a refusal to stand behind their work. All of this happened to us too! They missed a production deadline, didn't get the design right from the purchase order and then demanded payment for their mistake.

BEWARE: This decorator does not stand behind their work. Not only do they miss deadlines but they also do not produce what is specified on purchase orders. We have active litigation against Sharprint in Cook County Courts. Case # 19M1121617

Long lead times, poor communication. They just don't care. Would never suggest using them.

Big time printing. Went here with some tall requests on an enormous project, they ( sharprint) performed at 110%. George and son Jack, are the best in the biz. When working with Chiefs of the Game, you have to have your project prepped, POs , artwork, etc. But if you don't they are glad to help. These guys laid out the path and if you follow the SOP, you will receive nothing less than Retail Quality work and capabilities, creatives and more. Skip the BS and go Pro With these guys.

Sharprint is one of the main reasons Chicago is called the decorating capital of america. Every project is amazing now that I know how to order. Top Contract Decorator in the midwest!!!

My order came out perfect the timing was perfect no unnecessary wait time. Much more organized than any other print shop with excellent costumer service. Friendly and respectful. I found my new print shop.

Our first time using a contract screen printer, Sharprint came through with some beautiful shirts on a tight deadline. The shirts were delivered on time, just the way we asked them to be printed. Very happy with this organization and will use them again!
