I will Not buy from Sharaf DG again. Their Extended Warranty is useless. Our dryer broke down, they picked it up for repair and a few weeks later with no news, we are suddenly informed by the repair company that the specific component is Not covered by warranty. I called Sharaf DG and they couldn’t explain why, nor could they explain where exactly in any document this was written.
But unless I pay a price, my kidnapped and expensive dryer will not be returned.
