For a service known for illegally towing cars you really don't respond to calls very quickly to have people towed out of your lot. 45mins my butt. 3hrs later and the car is still there

Out of all the impound lots that I've been to this is by far one of the most pleasant I've been to lady I dealt with was extremely polite in this experience it was absolutely amazing

Not a customer but a driver on the road and this very large tow truck is following way too close, honking at everyone and a terribly rude driver. Seriously isn t necessary or safe. I have no reason to interact with this organization but based on this experience would never recommend

Great professional drivers & service people. I lock my keys in my car 1 this year and once last year. I called shamrock because they accept insurance &credit cards. I hen I requested a flat-bed, they showed with a flat-bed.
Monday when I called they arrived within 15 minutes and I was in New Albany, OH. He had my door open within 5 minutes after arrival. Satisfied Customers for over 20 years

Never get your car towed from here for parking downtown with a little tow sign you can barely see. Then they damage your car and say they didn't do it and then want to be nasty about it at the Westerville location. Hope this company goes out of business for damaging people vehicles!!

They towed my car from a valid guest parking space, charged me $157 to release it, and broke the front part of my grill off. I noticed the damage before I left the lot, documented it with the company, and called the Westerville location. Instead of telling me to drive to 30 minutes away to submit a damage claim form after they literally stole my car, they said call. I called, gave my name and number, explained the damage and they said they would call me back. It's been over a week without a response the lady on the phone said "Well that's weird because that's not what we tell people to do when they say we damaged their car." Then I proceeded to get another, "What is your name and number, I'll leave a note for management." I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and am currently trying to file a police report for predatory towing. Absolutely the most unprofessional and ridiculous business.
