I can not say enough good things about Shamrock Loans! You will not find an easier , friendlier transaction from any other loan institution.

From our first conversation, you felt like family. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions with compassion and most of all get the job done! We were processing our transaction on a 6 hour time difference in 3 different states and they were so on top of everything.

We've gone through several loan officers/ banks for previous purchases and they always felt so transactional and impersonal. Shamrock cares and they let you know so ! Response times are super fast, if not immediate.

He was patient, professional and encouraging. Next I worked with Jill, who answered all the hard questions, kept me informed of next steps and just made sure that I was always prepared for what was coming. I was shocked and pleased to get a call from the owner who left a message that was kind about his people and thinking me for my about his people and thinking me for my business. I know that Bruce was very busy but he never made me feel like he was very busy and always made sure he answered any questions I had along with ensuring his team was doing the best they could to help me close on my house close on my house. I m so impressed with buying my home in Myrtle Beach and using Shamrock as my loan company.

Nice customer service, but gave me a number for my monthly payment when I signed up but told me a week before closing that monthly payment had a $150 swing. They told me it would probably be a few dollars. $150 is not a few dollars.

Our Loan Officer Lisa Larkin was wonderful to work with. She made the process simple and seamless, kept us informed throughout, and communicated with us every step of the way. Lisa has helped us refinance in the past, and she is my "go to" person for mortgage financing. In addition, all of the members of the Shamrock team were very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Andrew Borges worked with us and he was exceptional! He assembled a great team for us to work with to guide us through the process. He also recommended our real estate agent and real estate lawyer. His professional advice, years of experience and working relationships allowed us to find a home for my family. He made all of these major financial decisions understandable clarifying banking terms and real estate jargon. I cannot recommend him enough and the miracles he seemed to perform.
