Absolutely the worst company i have ever worked for. Office managers seem to have a serious problem telling the truth. They also micromanage the field crews from the office to the point of causing problems vetween the crew and the customer. The field supervisors have been moved up into supervisor positions with as little as 2 to 3 years experience beacause they are related or friends with project managers. The day i was hired i was told they give a guaranteed 40 hrs a week if i am not called to work. 2 months later when i wasnt called the peronnell manager informa me they stopped doing that. All in all my review of shamrock is horrible except for the employees that i worked with in the field. They were a great group of guys. I can only wonder how shamrock would be if they had a different culture in the office. They should be on the top with a group of employees like the ones they have. Until they do major renovations with management they will always be struggling for work and contracts just as they are now
