I wish I would have read the reviews before switching from IU. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and the psychiatrist actually gave me a medication that flared up an existing medical condition! Then she proceeds to refer me to pain management that never called, and set an appointment in a month!! I would advise you to look elsewhere as their level of care seems to be wanting!
It s impossible to get through to them. After on hold for almost 30 minutes you ll get hung up on only to have to call back and wait another 30 min. It s happened every single time. The staff that checks you in are all super nice & sweet. However, the doctors seem rushed and never address your concerns.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. They don t properly disclose all of the charges. The staff is rude and look miserable. Do not come here.
Yeah they don't follow up with you! Most unorganized place I've ever been too. They gave me an appointment for today for tyreasa. I call the office and they said I have to see her to get my script. I call her and she says I don't have an appointment with her and that I have to speak with Nicole leave her a message and she never called me back. Smh. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this place. If you need the help go elsewhere! I also went to the one on Lafayette rd

I was also told I wouldn't get charged an office visit fee for my COVID-19 test, and I just received an invoice in the mail.
I came here with my dad and brother. we all were sick with COVID 19, but didnt know it since we walked in I told them we might have the covid, the immediately took us all to a room and the same doctor checked us all. They did 2 influenza test on me to be sure it wasnt that first then they did the covid test on us all. gave instruction on what to do and sent us home then called us a week later with the results and gave us more follow up instructions. I m happy with their response. this happened in March before anybody knew what to do
I have several doctors that I see here for a variety of services that I would otherwise have to make appointments with 4 other doctors and locations. They make it possible for all my doctors to have all the same information and make sure they all communicate with each other if necessary. I love the entire staff. I havent met a single unpleasant employee there. the receptionist knew my name since the second day and says "hi jessica" as soon as I walk in the door and signs me in without without me having to give them my information and wait while they check me in. And I have never waited more than 20 min to be seen and two of my doctors come out and get me themselves and walk me out. I have referred several people that ha e switched to this practice
My mom gets her regular checkup at this health care center. I always accompany my mom throughout the checkup and my experience has been great. Everyone treat us with respect and care. I especially want to thank the pharmacist for taking care of my mom with her patient assistance and medications.
I have been a patient here for several years, my doctor has changed 5 times in 7 years! As soon as get used to a doctor, they change it. It's like a clinic for the poor and people on government assistance, so they don't care about helping people. They charge you for things that they shouldn't, like covid19 test, they can't explain what the charges on their invoices are, no one from the financial department EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER!
The worst place.. thats why I like more the one on 56 st
