Iam trying for my PF withdrawal from last 3 months but no proper response from these people.
They have no idea how to serve employees. Honestly I am chasing them for my pf statement from last 10 odd days and neither they are replying the emails nor they are picking the phones. Pathetic.

Genpact office for Pf related issue in noida sector 15 Nearest metro is noida sector 15. Take any rickshaw or auto from there to toyota showroom. 5 min distance from there.
They don't talk properly on the phone calls and ignore us. "Very delayed service"
Very Bad experience with SGC. Its been 3 months but i didn't received my PF & also not one lifts any call nor they reply for mails.
Following up for the pf amount of my wife since July. Lazy people and their laid back attitude as they don't want to work. Naushad is one of them. They lost the form asked to fill it again. Sent again but still they don't want to do the job. There is no complaint number for these people. Now I have to go to the consumer court to get this done.
Not sure whom to curse, Genpact or SGCServices for the worst PF transfer experience they are providing me.For every mail regarding the status they will give you a new reason. Not expected from a company like Genpact to provide such nightmares to ex-employees

I have chasing to get my PF transferred but the staff is non responsive and laid back that they don't bother to acknowledge or respond. Really poor service. Any review above one star would be fake for them.
Very slow and pathetic services!! No one is here to understand your concern as well as smoothen your PF withdrawal process...even the seniors here are of no use

My name is swathi n I'm trying to transfer my pf amount, working with them from oct 2019 and sent the claim form via email aswell as couriered it as per their request. I want the money to support my family in this pandemic situation, however they don't care. No response from staff & no update. Waiting from very long time

I wanted to give them negative rating. Totally unprofessional. You are liable for each Ex-employee from Genpact. I am chasing from last few months on my pf transfer issues and earlier received the dates after dates on my queries without any resolution and now from 10th Aug'20 onwards there is no response either. Even noone is picking calls too. Please understand the issues of the ex-employees.
