Everyone had fun. This place had everything. Mini golf, laser tag, virtual play and arcade games! If in the area, would go again.
This is the worst property management company I ve come across in my entire life. Can t answer the phone or reply back to emails. Are sloths working at this place??
When they need money, they have the time to send out the mails. Shame on them. This company should be removed from the business.
First things first. If your community manager is Monica Burdock. Sell your home and move. Your life will be a living nightmare. You pay for these service and you don't get not a single service in return; Non- responsive and not helpful. Not sure why she is a "community" manager. She doesn't bring community at all. Not sure why she is even in this type of business because her customer service is horrible. SFMC needs to do better with hiring or give adequate training and refreshers go their community managers.
They are really good at taking money, but not much else.
Great staff, excellent care. They respond quickly to concerns.
I have not been able to get a key to my tennis court for over a year. We were never given a key to our tennis court and we have lived there for over 16 years. We finally found out from our neighbor that everyone who was getting in has a personal key. We pay for amenities that they never gave us access to and are still making up excuses for. The last time I emailed Sherri they she me that the master key is no longer opening the door and that they will get someone to fix it. That was 7 months ago and i still don t have a key. This service is ridiculous for our HOA to cost as much as it does.
I sold my home because of this company. They need to do better all the way around.
SFMC is horrible. They gave inaccurate information for the condo delinquency rate which killed a real estate sale 2 days before closing. Brandon and his boss Ty didn't know the financials and the numbers for the community. They don't return calls or emails and when you finally get ahold of them they aren't able to help. Totally useless. I cannot wait until the residents of the community are able to take over the HOA & Condo Association. D.R. Horton ruined us.
