Complete bio palace. Not much more to say about it.

Watched the Glass movie here, great location, nice seats and just awesome in general.

Good place, possibility to check in with your mobile phone, large assortment of films, free toilets once inside, good seats - bad popcorns delivered pre-popped

Relatively good movie city with quite a good selection of movies for people who like bio nights with family or friends. The range of movies is not the best, but there is always a movie that raises our interest which is good. They have a good mix between both children's films, teenage films and adult movies so bion suits people of all ages.

They always have several days for both old and new movies which is extremely good for people like me who are a little outdated when it comes to movies.

They also have a relatively good range of snacks, ranging from different types of sweets (both vegan and "common") to popcorn and bacon snacks and fruits for those who want to be healthy

The location is also very good because it is located in town and is close to everyone from a difference to, for example, Mall of Scandinavia.

The best thing is the update that they have made, which has made it possible for people to see which movies are going to go and have gone, as well as what room and time the movie is playing. In addition, you can place a place on vending machines instead of standing and talking in the expedition (for people who are not good at talking to people - like me). It has shortened gender and enabled faster and more efficient bookings.

I have a hard time with the stairs and think it is hard to ask for permission to use the elevator .. But otherwise totally ok.

Bad that they can not write on a sign that the restrooms are being renovated downstairs. Nice Cinema. Good checkout.

Went to the cinema with my friends (about 10 young people) at the film city sergel yesterday. Before the movie started, there was a person who told us to be quiet. In my opinion, I think it's perfectly ok to talk during the commercial as the film has not started, but this person did not think so. We therefore apologized and said we would try to be quieter.

The film begins, of course we laugh and chat a bit about the film when we thought it was funny. The same person who told us before then goes and picks up staff. Staff tell us that they have received complaints that we threw popcorn and talked loudly, which is not true. None of us ate popcorn which means it is completely impossible that we would have thrown at people. I have no idea how much my friends talked when we were 10, but at least I do not think we disturbed or talked loudly. Regardless, my friend was still friendly and apologized so much of which the staff says we have to get out of the cinema. We question but the staff repeats that we have to take our things and leave the cinema immediately.



We left there and we will probably never return as we feel that the staff treated us in a very unfair way. The staff would never have behaved like this if it were not for the fact that we are a bunch of young people. It's easy to believe that you can treat young people anyway just because they have nothing to say about. We went and watched movies at home instead. There we had to laugh and talk as much as we wanted.

Okay, but difficult with long queues for sweets, drinks and popcorn dishes. More cashier would be good. But the managers are thinking just about keeping staff costs down.

Normal cinema. I wasn't lucky enough to enjoy the movie. In front of me sitting a tall man and I had a hard time seeing the whole movie screen

Good cinema, you have to buy a ticket before you can buy sweets / go toa.

Like all cinema it is ultra expensive but even though it is in Stan it is much better as Heron and cinema in other malls

Amazingly comfortable but disaster a Saturday when the restrooms were refurbished, left alone and lots of crowds.

It is fine, but has two important shortcomings. One is that they only show mainstream stuff. You don't get to see the more interesting side of big cinema. The other is that their 3D screens are not ideal: you see a ghost of the other eye image especially in the more bright areas. Otherwise, a decent theatre.

Great place to watch shows. But if you are looking for a small snack as you are walking by you will be disappointed as you need a ticket to gain access to the popcorn and drinks

Always good selection of movies. Good sound, especially in room 1 of course! :) Still get the experience of crowded at the entrance even though it is so big.

Great staff! The lounge was okay, but the screen felt small.

Good cinema, quite ok cinemas large selection of snacks and sweets, but I think it is a bit unworthy to tape together toasits, this gives a sunken impression. Should be a few hundred pounds to buy new ones for. Otherwise it is good that they removed men / women toilets.

When tickets for Avengers: Endgame were released, it was impossible to book through the website that demanded under all sudden load. I ran to the cinema in hopes of getting tickets to my gang before they all disappeared.

I explained the situation to Alexandra who was in place and she totally saved the whole situation. Got my tickets and great places for everyone. In addition, she patiently solved all my gift cards without any problems.

Thanks Sergel, but above all you Alex! You're the real super hero here. My friends and I are really grateful.

Beautiful movie city in the middle of central Stockholm, fantastic movie offering!

Starting to feel worn. Often low steam queues, screaming idiots in the salons, and disturbing that the exit from salon one goes straight through the influx of crowds.

Small cinema halls, quite incongruous both in the halls and the entrance.

Absolutely ok bio. Vip seats are not worth the extra money as they are not much more comfortable than usual. Fun with recliner until the person in front sits down. Fresh toilets with some renovation needs.

The cinema should get an update on the projector, screen and sounds.

Scratchy. VIP seats for $ 30 extra to be able to use the legs after bion, hmmm.

There are always very many people when you come. The halls 1-5 are large and 6-13 they are small. The sound level in the cinema chairs is very good. The halls are usually very clean, the toilets are also okay. The staff are almost always nice and the queues for checkout usually go very fast. The prices are like every other movie city.

One of the central cinema palaces in town '. May was a bit crowded as some shows are quite popular, but well in place, the cinema experience is completely in place.

The big cinema palace in central Stockholm, been there a lot and there isn't anything to complain about other than the huge queues that can build up for the snacks.

Very polite and accommodating staff that I experience as a young person because I am a pensioner.

Watched several times here. Service is always varied. They closed down the female comfort room and they should've put up signs that one has to go up or use the unisex comfort room (formerly the male cr). Since they did that be prepared to stay in line to go inside because they didn't add new stalls in there.

Good system for countering queues in ticket purchases, but pretty tough cash registers when buying goods.
The toilets smell like public kiss booths.
But the cinema experience is good.

Good service and good selection of movies. What prevents the rating from five stars is a little too expensive snacks and that there were no double seats in all the lounges.

I'm a little skeptical of the new system showing its ticket down the stairs. Makes the whole Sergel feel less accessible.

But it's cool to get into Salon 1, it's cool. However, Scandinavia is my new go-to cinema.

Big and impersonal. The treadmill idea transferred to cinema. But the equipment is good so the rating gets pretty high.

Nice staff, you can always ask for help and they are always willing to help. Good positioned, close to the subway and to restaurants.

Many movies to choose from and it is probably impossible to create queues. But looks like a big kids calf with popcorn everywhere on the floor. Then we have this because you are at risk of getting into the head of the toilets. Worst planned actually :-)
