A decent cinema, some salons would have to be refreshed a little in order to compete with newer cinemas.

Accessibility sucks. The movie tickets are really pricey in Stockholm and if you're charging this much you need to provide lifts and escalators for people who have trouble climbing your gazilion stairs! This is the second time this has happened, shape up.

Good central location to watch the latest and greatest. Plenty of wonderful food options around.

Very nice theatres, even the smaller ones are cozy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and professionally run theatre. The prices are a little expensive, but that is somewhat to be expected when visiting any capital city. I ve enjoyed all my experiences when seeing a movie there...

Great place, you can do everything over the internet (book tickets), paperless tickets, great snacks variety and offers.

Bad sound that destroys hearing. Don't go here without earbuds, especially for musicals. Good location though.

Lots of people in the salon, does not feel like Sergel takes Corona seriously?

Many machines, therefore short queues even at quite high loads. Lounge 1 is the only one I tested but it was very large, the balcony seats looked good.

Large selection of snacks, many movies through out the day, super close to the metro. Need some cleaning though and the exit light was bright enough that I could see everyone in the theater which was a bit annoying.

Great movies and the places were nice. But when I ordered big popcorn, I got one in between

good sound and audio, wish they offered Dolby Vision or Atmos tho

Bottles of bottles can occur between the food shelves and the drawers. The air looked like that. But well inside the lounge I've only had nice experiences like that. Good sound!

It's a pretty good cinema to go to. It's not my favorite one but it is definitely one of the better ones. They have a lot of movies and they usually have release the movies on the world premier or just a day or so after which is nice. Would definitely recommend people to go here if they're feeling like watching a movie.

Spacious, grand and well kept. Easy to find your way around, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. A good movie-going experience every time I've visited.

Big movie theater showing many new good movies. Great snack-selection.

Best movie theater in Stockholm. Has plenty of screens and convenient concession stand with plenty of lanes to move through quickly.

The kiosks on the ground floor make purchasing tickets convenient and fast, then upstairs for the popcorn and soda before heading into one of the many well kept screening rooms.

Stadium seating allows good visibility from any spot in the room.

Too many people ... poorly planned with visitor drop-in

Saw Parasite in large salon 1. Think it is a bit greedy that they rebuilt so that the "best seats" in the middle of the salon are plus chairs that cost 30 SEK extra. It is already expensive as it is.

Experienced the lounge untidy with sticky floors and debris left and think it may be time to change seats. Was in lounge 1 so maybe better in the other lounges.

Often pretty dirty/messy when you enter the cinema. It's not the best nor the most cozy. Kind of fun to go to if there's a big release because all the "nerds" (that make the premiere great) gather there.

Classic. Nice staff, nice chairs good picture and sound quality.

Lots of screens, clean, and friendly staff. The nachos were not great though.

Good rooms. Fast staff. Beautiful seats (fell in the middle of Grindelwald's crime)

One of the most central Cinemas in STHLM. And thus one of the most well kept.
