The people are great, and service is friendly, but as a bank, The Seymour Bank never fails to disappoint. Any type of interaction is difficult, as online services are minimal and not user friendly. Logging in is often a challenge, as they require multiple forms of verification, including the Authy app, which is a truly horrible app. Changes of information have to be submitted several times before your account will be updated (I recently spent 5 weeks just trying to get my phone number changed, and ended up having to go to a location in person to get it done; ridiculous!). If you do manage to log in and get all the security to play nice, you will often get a message that something has gone wrong and to try again later. Be careful with this; if you try again, you can end up locked out of your account. If you get lucky and actually manage to reach your account dashboard, the information is either unavailable or hasn't been updated in several days half the time. On top of that, I have to watch my account very carefully, as they have placed my deposits in other people's accounts, and allowed people not on my account to make withdrawals. If not for my own vigilance, these errors would have cost me hundreds.
If you do not want reliable online access and banking, are still willing to bank like it's 1995, and don't mind having to check your statement in detail for errors weekly, The Seymour Bank is perfect for you!
UPDATE!!!! Three days later, the bank has been unable to restore my online access, nor can I make online payment or account verification of any kind, leaving me unable to pay my bills. A woman at the main office informed us that "they are out of ideas". The bank is making no further attempt to resolve the issue. This after multiple calls and emails (don't bother emailing, I have never received a reply to an email to the Seymour Bank in 12 years as a customer). This bank gives up.
