Been here before but this time it was not as good. Average food, out of wheat beer, Jambalaya cooled off quickly, no complimentary dessert for birthday celebration, etc. May go back but not soon.

We have been living in the area for so long but visited this restaurant recently only. I loved the experience. Staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. We already visited twice and would love to go again.

One of my fav porches in town. First time back since March. Had a chunky tomato bisque, which was very tasty and pepperoni pizza. The pizza crust had good chew but not a lot of flavor. However, with the robust sauce and good pepperoni, it was enjoyable. Love having 3 darker beers to try. Haley was a fantastic server. At some places, sitting outside you get the feeling you were forgotten but not with Haley. She was spot on.

I was told this restaurant was one of the best around the Jacksonville area. As someone who worked at numerous bar establishments in my younger days, I can attest to the rigors of such environments. Seven Bridges delivered a first impression which was quite lacking overall.

The ambiance is pleasant enough. Exposed, weathered brick walls, open mechanical systems, and a glass-enclosed room which shows off their home brewing equipment all make for a rustic, yet comfortable mood. Couple this with the unique wall decor, deep wood bar and large, open floor plan, and it makes for a nice enough dining backdrop.

My issues lye with the poor ordering experience. I began with a margarita to wet the palette. It was well poured, had a pleasantly balanced kick, smoothed out nicely with a subtle sweetness. The bartender knew what he was doing. Too bad it costs 9 bucks for a standard sized glass. I could get a fishbowl margarita for that price elsewhere. Poured just as generously.

We ordered the chicken nachos and our main courses. They all were brought out at the same time.. The nachos were cold. When I (politely) complained about it, they said they would remake them and bring our food to us fresh and spaced out in a timely manner as it should have been in the first place.

The nachos were brought out. They were singed around the edges to a black and brown crisp. They were obviously thrown in the oven and re-served to us. It is a colorful appetizer, yet the poor decision-making left me in bad mood. The entrees were quite tasty. They may have been reheated, but still were quite delicious in taste and texture.

The eating portion of our dining only experience should have been far more enjoyable and taken far less time. I am no fan of being at a restaurant for over two hours well before a dinner rush. (We arrived at Seven Bridges around 5:30 on a Friday evening) They had ample seating and the bar was moderately busy at best. Simply put, zero thought was put into the most vital system of a restaurant. Value, quality, and timing.

They ate the cost of the nachos and we overpaid for a sub-par meal and sitting around waiting for the displeasure of paying for it. Prices are too high and the cooks are lazy. Hey, at least the bartender knows how to make a drink.

The unique appearance and the bar are the only reason I give this place two stars. The menu choices seem great. If they could send them out after the appetizer, that would be a start. They either need to lower the prices or be more aware of food that has been cooked and ready to be served . I am not afraid to pay for quality. But that quality must be present in order for me to feel comfortable doing so.

Had the fish and chips for lunch, would recommend it. The pizza smelled wonderful.
Nachos were great as well.
Drinks were tasty and you are able to play pool, would come back again.
Social distancing of customers and masks are required

Tried this place for the first. It was okay but it is way too cold in there. And there s no a lot of food to choose from on the menu. The prices are a little too much for a place that doesn t have a lot of food..

I would give this place a 3.5 stars if it was an option, but I can't bring myself to give it 4 stars. Our server was very nice. There is a nice selection of beer. And there is a pretty vast American style menu. I had a burger and picked off of my wife's plate. The food was ok, it was nothing to write home about. This place reminds me of the Ale House chain of restaurants, but without all of the TV's. If you are craving basic American cuisine or comfort food, you will probably enjoy Seven Bridges. But if you want something more eclectic, there are other option in this same area.

We gave 7 Bridges a try on a Monday evening and there were just a few folks there. Their draft beer selection is nothing to shout about but the 2 for 1 happy hour made up for it. We split their Maker's Mark burger with a side of onion rings and came close to breaking our diet by ordering a second round. Our server was a gem and both made us feel welcome and appreciated. I honestly can't pin point why we liked it so much but we did. Maybe it was that the total vibe of the place was so nice and the meal just hit the spot. Anyway we hope to be back real soon.

I gave a one star just for the hell of it. The worst experience I had from a restaurant. I understand when you busy and if a party of 15. If you call the manger over to talk about the food and service and Crystal the manger don't give a damn that a problem...

I went to eat with the expectation of the food to be really good. But unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. The in house brewed beer was excellent and that's the only reason why I would rate them with 3 stars

Pretty cool local restaurant right next to the most popular movie theater in town. When I went I got a flight of their microbrews. They had a good happy hour. Ambience on the inside is interesting. It almost reminds me of a cabin haha. I need to come back soon it's been a while.

We thought we would give it a shot since it's not far from the house. I won't be ordering food from here again. We got the soft pretzel appetizer. Definitely not soft it was rock hard crumbled when you went to break off a piece for 10.95 I could have bought a case of hard pretzels at publix. The cheese sauce was good. I got the blackened Mahi sandwich dry bland and no tarter sauce to go with it. They did throw a couple of mayo and ketchup packs in the bag. The fries were a little soggy and just OK. Wife had the fish and chips she didn't love it either. Tried the Cole slaw they sent with her meal it was room temperature so I spit it out. Very disappointed in pretty much the whole meal. We will not be ordering from here anytime soon. Waste of $60 bucks

Not understanding what all the rave reviews are about. My wife and I were driving from Charlotte to Orlando and stopped for dinner. The staff was fantastic, the atmosphere was pleasant and "pub like", and the food was nothing special just ok at best.

The food was fantastic. The nachos are unreal, not soggy, and full of flavor. The burger was perfect, the onion rings were no greasy, and the jalapeno cheese dip was to die for. The beer was really fantastic. I have the brown ale and it was so delicious.

Initial view was bad. Waited at hostess desk for several minutes and we had to grab someone to seat us. After we were seated, no one acknowledged us. We again had to flag down someone for service. Then our waitress came by. No one had told her we were seated in her area. She was awesome. She was great the rest of our visit. Almost enough to forget the beginning.

I love you guys but why did you stop making the magnolia ale. Don't really care that you changed brew masters. I want my magnolia ale. Food is always great here. Service is always spot on. If you time it just right and ask the right manager they might give you a tour of where they make their magic.

Great food, beer and atmosphere. A great place for happy hour. The high ceilings and wonderful out door seating really set this place apart... pool tables give this restaurant a nice pub feel mixed with a great dining experience.

This place will give you everything you want, whether it's beer, wine, liquor, appetizers, or entrees. There's even pool tables and (sometimes) live music! Beer flights are extra cheap on Tuesdays too but always a great deal anytime. Located conveniently next to the Hilton Garden Inn and Tinseltown movie theater

In a group (12). Some food was good some not good. Service was extremely slow. One had to ask for his dessert 3 times. My food was good; husband's not. Waitress was nice and apologized for everything.

We went here the other night for dinner. I had the Portabello burger which was good if not mushy and my husband had the fish and chips. A very large portion, even in the dark it was obviously overcooked, he only ate 1 piece and was full. Within an hour of getting home my husband was vomiting. He was up all night physically sick in every way possible. He complained of his mouth feeling like he had gargled with oil. I called yesterday and spoke to a Manager who could not have cared less and only told me they sell a lot of cod. Just because you sell a lot does not make it good. Check out other reviewers who complained of the exact same problem! Truly disappointing and we will never go back again and neither should you unless you are looking to do a thorough cleanse. The only bright spot in this dark cave of a place was Alex our Server who was an absolute delight. He should be the Manager as he actually cares about customer service!

Checked in to the hotel next door and called in a to go order of a margarita pizza with added chicken. I initially wanted two items that were no longer on the menu, but the google menu had not been updated. When I arrived there was a lovely band playing and singing cover songs. I was told over the phone my order would be done in about 10-15mins, when I arrived at the restaurant I waited about another 10 to 15 mins. Which was not a problem. While I waited I enjoyed the band. Received my pizza and walked back to my room. There I discovered a weird smell coming from my food. I flipped the pizza over and it was burnt. I walked back over to the restaurant and asked to have another made. It was now about 9:30 pm on a Friday. I waited for about 20 mins and was told they were going to refund my money ( which I did receive, thank you!) and make another pizza, which I was told to look over before I left. It looked and smelled good. When I got back to my room and took the first bite I realized then that this time it was undercooked. I called the hostess and made her aware. At that point I was too tired to walk back over and order something else. I went to bed on an empty stomach. I do believe this was not the norm coming from this restaurant, but it was unfortunate that that was my first and maybe last experience there. Wrote this review so that the cooks are made aware of the incident and advised to be more attentive to the food they put out.

It's great that they brew their own beer but the food is lacking. I was expecting options that paired well with what was on tap, what I got were average executions of the same food you'd find at a chain like Chili's or Applebee's. Drop in for a drink though, the beer flights are a steal and the beer itself is well made.

Great overall experience. Have been twice, both times have been great. Awesome atmosphere, live good music on select days, big bar, large restaurant area (not cramped), great steaks and good menu overall. In house brewery with lots of options. You would think it would be pricey but very affordable!
