Placed an order online. Showed inventory. I called to confirm as did not receive a follow up email. Was informed no inventory with no guarantee eta. I asked to cancel the order. Was assured CC was not charged. A week later noticed the charge to my cc. Can't get a response from the company. 2 emails and 3 phone calls.

I had a terrible experience, their internal communication went haywire during my printing request for Room Signs.

Let's just say I am not going to order from here again.

Never had an issues and shipping is always quick

The worst customer service imaginable. You get nothing but promises, and the run around. Used them twice and the same thing both times. Package arrives late, even when you pay for the two day delivery. They promise to get back you you, but never do, promise tracking number, but nothing. Now to fight with them to try and get a refund for the shipping fee I paid for but didn't get. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Trying to contact them for information means you will be spammed by unwanted admail. It also appears that they gave contact info to other companies.
