I have been working for Servicon for 1.5 years, and I absolutely love working with them. They are the most welcoming company that I have ever worked at and genuinely care for their employees and work with them. We were given 3 financial supports due to Covid-19!
Servicon also partners with their clients and helps them be successful!

I wish we could give no stars negative stars for a place. so my interaction was servicon was due to one of their work trucks and their negligent employees pulling out of a convenience store parking space where I'm in a PARKED CAR(HAZARDS ON, AND FOR FEW MINUTES) and SLAMMED RIGHT INTO ME!!!!!! With that hitch on the back of the truck it ripped a hole in my brand new car! not only are they not going to pay 100% repair but the driver himself told me "he not paid any attention" in very little English and yet the rep for claims isnt taking 100% responsibility! If that's the kind of business that they run I don't suggest anybody partake!

I'd give a negative star review if I could. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I called and set up a visit to get a quote. The DM seemed to be excited about new business. Apparently I was wrong. For three weeks after the initial visit, I would call and or email in hopes to get a bid. No response. I would finally receive email responses from the DM saying he would call back. He never did. I tried calling the Corporate Office and left multiple messages and at times getting promises that someone in upper management would call me back. Three weeks and still no calls from either the DM or upper management. I finally received a call from the DM this morning saying that the Corporate Office told him to call me back and tell me that they can't service my area due to a lack of clientele in my area. I would have respected them and understood if they just told me that up front and not wasted my time for three weeks. I asked why he didn't give me (a prospective new client) the courtesy of just letting me know weeks ago. His response was that upper management told him not to call. So unprofessional. If that's how they treat prospective clients, who knows how they treat their current clients? Poor poor service.

I have been working at Servicon since November of 2018 and I have to say that I have never worked at a place that I felt so proud of and so persoally aligned with until I came here. I wake up every day looking forward to doing my best to perpetuate the great culture and contribute to the team.

I've worked at Servicon for a year now and I am very impressed with this company. Excellent partnerships with our people and clients. This is a company that does a good job and cares. They've gone out of their way to support their workers during COVID with PPE and extra financial support.
