Efficient scheduling with lots of slots to choose from. Kish was knowledgeable and zeroed in on my needs quickly. Told me where to purchase what I needed so no mark up was involved. He estimated how long the service call would be and finished even quicker than expected so that saved me money. Even hooked up my daughter's wifi and didn't charge me. In the past I struggled with a spotty network for personal and business use. A lot of wasted time and frustration and now it's smooth sailing for me and everyone's devices in this very large home. I even went outside yesterday when it felt like spring had arrived and voila! I had wifi in my backyard. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks Kish!

They have at least three very competent individuals[they may have more; they also would have to be competent]. Every IT guy we've worked with in the past has been arrogant and impatient with our questions. Kish is not like that. He is calm, patient, responsive, and always willing to spend the extra time to explain things thoroughly. I can't recommend Kish enough!
