Don t do it! ALL potential hires, please beware! Management and field employees should be extremely cautious in considering working for this failing company. Outlined below is an overview of what has transpired in the last year.

The company I worked for was acquired in February 2018. We were promised the world (better processes, better culture, better pay, proven systems, etc.) Instead, we received the total opposite! Management from KC only came to our location for 5 whole business days between the months of February-August. They were unprepared, rude, inconsiderate of all employees whether they had been employed for 8 years or 8 weeks.

In the months that followed acquisition, the following management employees turned over both in our location and at corporate.

Director of Human Resources (LK) - Quit
Executive Assistant to CEO (RL) - Quit
Executive Vice President of Strategic Development (BR) - Quit
Corporate Controller (DG) - Quit
Regional Controller (CC) - Terminated
Regional Accountant (MS) - Terminated
Director of Operations East Region (DA) - Terminated
Director of Operations West Region (SB) - Reassigned
Strategic Development Manager (DT) - Quit

Of the 7 people listed under the "Leadership Team" on the SG360 website, 5 are listed above! None of these people have worked for SG360 for months, some even close to a year!!! The only people left on the Leadership Team page are the CEO, his brother and best friend from college!

SG360 is being run by private equity behind the scenes and their website is evidence of this!!

This list does not include the various office administrations, area market managers or operations manager that were terminated or quit including the entire regional accounting department. Corporate sent someone in for two hours to terminate the whole department and then took off in a plane. They eliminated snacks in the office and didn't do anything for Christmas for anyone (not even an email!).

The CEO only cares about himself, spending time on the golf course and reflecting on his past successes . On multiple occasions, he and other senior management would walk into the office without even saying Hello or Good Morning! If you want to work for a company with great leadership that is growing, do not go to SG360!!

Very proffesional! Always on time! The quality of their work is very satisfying!
