I took my car in for a transmission repair and it has been two weeks since I have dropped it in and they have not even started yet. They told me the parts should ve come in Friday but then they are telling me that it will take another two to three weeks before the parts come in. Next time I will use a different dealership because I can get the same service done in much less time. I have had repairs done on my car out of state and the longest it took to get the parts needed was a few hours. This has not been the case with serramonte Ford. They have no problem taking weeks to fix a car and don t care about the hardship this causes their customers. I would recommend a different Ford dealership for repairs.

Special ordered a new truck to my exact specs. The team was helpful and transparent throughout the process. They detected issues before delivery and swiftly fixed. The staff worked as a team at all times. They were all well informed and treated me a valued customer.

Quite simply the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle .

Being an out of state customer I ran into some difficulties purchasing a vehicle locally due to vehicle shortages , local dealers not professional, long story .

With all efforts mostly coming up empty handed I happen to come across Serramonte Ford who by chance newly listed basically the exact vehicle I had been looking for .

After sending an inquiry they followed up immediately, made it a priority to get a deal done , and went out of their way to sell to an out of state customer when they would have had no problem selling locally .

Personal salesmanship is a lost attribute today . Previous generations were built by customer service , class and honesty which makes businesses thrive .

Sebastian , Kevin & Gema made it so easy for me to acquire this vehicle and treated me like family .

This Dealer is the gold standard for how dealerships should be run from top to bottom , a testament to everyone who works there.

Serramonte Ford is the most professional car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I saw the car advertised to the time I drove it away, everyone was a professional. Especially Anthony, who answered every text, email, and phone call immediately, not to mention helping to transfer all my belongings into my new car. Purchase price was the best within 500 miles!

Seth, the salesperson I worked with, was tremendous. He absolutely went above and beyond, and spent an inordinate amount of time helping us with everything from issues with out-of-state insurance to teaching us every little feature in the Mach-e.
Unfortunately, you still get the pressure tactics in the back room with the finance guy trying to push aftermarket warranties on you. I was tempted to knock off one star for that, but Seth did such a great job that it would be wrong to give a rating that might be misconstrued that he gave anything but perfect service.

I will never take my car to this dealership again. Quoted me over $3k of repairs.
1. Check engine light, charged me $210 just to read the error code, then told me it s not under warranty. Replacing the purge valve will cost $810 + tax because it s labor intensive. I got the valve for $70 and literally spent 15 minutes replacing, it was a snap-on part.
2. Rear view camera, again charged me $210 just to read error code... Repair quoted $1,350 +tax, 5 hours of professional labor; took me 1 hour to find out it was the wires broke in the trunk, twisted them back and put on electrical tape, work like new. Spent 50 cents worth of electrical tape.
3. Told me I need new brakes, only 1mm left in the pads, took it out myself and it has at least 5mm left. But I got upgrades 4 sets of rotors and brake pads for $400, replaced them in an afternoon.
What a joke!
