Dan was great. Kept me informed. Nice personality. Glad I got the tire service plan. Never thought I`d get a nail in my sidewall 5 months after getting the car. Great service. In and out in less than 2 hours for a tire replacement.

Vince was very helpful when I came in and had questions about my car, he even sprayed my tires for me to make them shiny! I had a couple of marks on my car and he sent me to Bobby and Max to help with that. Bobby was super friendly and Max buffed out all of the marks on my car. My Chevy looks brand new and I was extremely happy when I left!

I recently purchased my new 2021 chevy 3500 hd from Serpentini of Strongsville. My salesman Tom Tewell and all the staff involved were professional and courteous. When the truck arrived the service department got the truck in immediately added some accessories in record time and it was ready for pickup exactly when they said. This is the third truck that ive purchased from the Serpentini group and without hesitation will work with them in the future.
