I'm a new patient of Serenity and so far I'm happy with the practice. The front desk staff is very nice and go above and beyond to meet your needs. I'm seeing LeeAnn Schwark and today is my second appointment. At my first appointment I was worried I wouldn't have enough time to thoroughly describe my long and confusing history, but she was wonderful and gave me ample time and went through all my questions patiently. Most do not care for this yearly check up but on arrival the staff make you so comfortable and are so kind. JeanAnn is delightful and I know I am in good hands. With sensitive issues she makes one feel like a person and not just a patient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse, Jean Ann that owns this practice Is rude, unorganized and talks bad about her patients to her employees. I was shocked to hear these things. Also, have fun when you have to keep calling her to get your prescriptions sent in.

I have been a patient of JeanAnn Schwark's for many years, following her from two prior offices to her current location where she now has her own practice. The main reason I am a devoted patient is because she has a gentle touch when it comes to invasive, surgical or needle procedures. She always listens carefully to what I feel is the best treatment for my body, and does her best to accommodate my needs and wishes while ensuring that it is done with my ultimate health and well-being in mind. I saw Vanessa today for a laser treatment and she is SO WONDERFUL!!! She explained what she was doing as she went along and is so professional, as well as friendly and meticulous! I have found my trusted laser person! YEA!

My appointment today was to discuss my medications with my JeanAnn and to redo my prescriptions. However her questions about my wellbeing revealed issues which needed to be addressed and she took time immediately to give me a more thorough exam and run cultures and find out just what s wrong. I am so happy with the care here.

This is the place to go for individual care. Everyone knows your name and treats you like family. Both my daughters go here as well. We also go for laser hair removal and spa treatments. This isn t your mothers Gyn office, it feels more Spa like. Highly recommend

This facility is BEYOND nice, its gorgeous and makes you feel pampered. I had the pleasure of receiving laser hair removal on my underarms and an amaaazinggg facial from Erin, and I dont even know where to begin. The laser treatment took about 30 seconds on each underarm, and was virtually painless. It was so easy, and well worth it, I'd highly recommend the treatment!!
Now the facial..she seriously made my face feel renewed and rejuvenated. I'm 32 and have never had a facial before and she took so much care Into making sure my face was replenished, and healthy and clean. It felt...and I cannot emphasize this enough, absolutely heavenly. Each step was fantastic and I could feel my face after each step was getting more and more life back into it. She was so gentle, really cool and made me feel comfortable, and really pays attention to all the minor details. I've never had my face feeling so amazing in my life. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable and experienced but also gentle, she's your girl. I felt so amazing afterward and she really took her time making it worth every little bit. Serenity Women's care took care of me and I will absolutely be coming back and seeing Erin again!!!

This is the BEST medical office I ve ever visited! JeanAnn truly listens and cares about every single patient. On every visit I didn t feel rushed. I absolutely am in love with Serenity s provider JeanAnn and her staff, but I feel I need to mention Chelsea, who is the practice s manager and front desk representative, specifically. She is the most kind, helpful, and bubbly person I have ever encountered at any business EVER. I m in the office all the time due to certain problems, and On phone calls I hear her call people by their name and laugh with them when appropriate. I ve also heard her talk to people with sensitivity and empathy and calm them down at their worst moments. I ve also witnessed her come away from the desk, hold a woman s hand, and let her cry on her shoulder while she spoke to her kindly and lovingly until she was ok again. Then one time when a woman was very mad (which NEVER happens at this place) she was patient, understanding, and LISTENED to the lady. She did not dismiss her. She understood the woman s point and SOLVED THE PROBLEM. Ladies, come to Serenity to get amazing care, but also come for Chelsea, JeanAnn, and the rest of the staff. I promise you will love them as much as I and everyone else does!
