Serenity Holistic OB/GYN Review

Dr.maglore is the best doctor ever even though she delivers at north shore she make you re experience great.

I would NEVER, (I repeat) never recommend this office to anyone. They will have you waiting for hours! Their unprofessional and careless towards patients! The staff, unbelievable, each year I would come in and there s somebody different at the receptionist desk. I tolerated their BS for years and this year I had enough! There also located at a new location on Biscayne and it s small, doesn t quite look like a doctors office you would normally attend. It s so horrible! Ladies if you want the proper care and friendliness look else where.

This is my first visit to this OBGYN and rest assured it won t be my last. The medical students, the mid wife, and the medical assistant were all just so warm and welcoming. The medical students worked together and made sure all the information they gathered was entered into their system correctly which I greatly appreciated. The midwife verified their submissions and made sure nothing was missed (I love this type of accuracy). She was knowledgeable, informative, and truthful. She suggested what she felt was better for me and my situation and I felt absolutely comfortable with her suggestions. And upon leaving the medical assistant made sure I was set with my follow ups. Love love love them

Staff was super nice but thought it was a bit unprofessional to schedule a new patient as myself on a day that the doctor is not available and instead I did my annual with the midwife. Which was fine, she was very nice but definitely not what I would have preferred. Maybe when scheduling you should give clients a choice between being ok with the midwife or waiting for the Doctors next available appointment.

I m so happy to have found her. She delivered my first baby 6 years ago, I m expecting again and have been hunting this woman down since I guess she moved offices. Excellent bedside manner, very attentive, THOROUGH. Always took her time answering my questions. The delivery of my first was beautiful intimate and memorable.Honestly I can not say enough good things.

I went to this obgyn because I moved far away from my old one. The first time I came here it they were kinda nice for just your regular gyn visit, but once they confirmed I was pregnant I noticed they were kinda weird. First and foremost their pregnancy text said I was negative even tho I took like 5 tests at home and they were all positive then when I go back to confirm the blood test they were oh sign this sign that it all make sense once you sign all these. So when saw me they were like on the numbers are really low are you feeling any cramps are your bleeding and I told them no. So they scheduled me to come back last week to do a sonogram. The doctor who did my sonogram got there late and when she saw me she was like if I don t see anything oh wait is it, but I don t see any heartbeat and I don t hear it. So she processed to tell me oh your baby might have died in there are you sure your not feeling any cramps and I still told her now because I wasn t. I was so upset and she didn t care the other doctors in the room saw how upset I was and were trying to make sure I was ok, but the doctor who saw me she did not care not once. She then tells me to come next Wednesday to confirm if my baby did die so they can give me something to help flash it out if it dose not come out on it s own. Or just to see if it dose have a heartbeat. That day I left her office so upset I called my old obgyn to make an appointment with last Friday and when they did the sonogram they and I saw that my baby s heart was moving and I heard it. So I will never go back to this doctor again they are the worst. I m going back to my old obgyn I don t care how far they are they know me better. And as for this obgyn I will never recommend serenity holistic obgyn to anyone.

Skillful and Knowledgeable Staff. Welcomed me with open arms. I delivered at North Shore Medical Center and it was a great experience. Felt like I was in the right hands. Can t thank them enough.

I ve been coming here since I was about 17. I am now 23 and have had 2 kids with this Doctor. The staff here are friendly and very nice. I appreciate everyone here in this office. I would recommend this office to everyone .

The best OBGYN Ever. Dr. Magloire is an amazing Doctor and her staff is like family. I have been going to this practice since I was 16 years old and Dr. Magloire has delivered both of my children. At serenity they have the best patient care; you are treated like a person and not a number. Every time I walk through the door I am greeted like family. Delia (nurse) is the best, and Daymaris (mid wife) is the sweetest.
