This place is really special one. Every time I come here, I really enjoy & feel light when go out. They serve really superb Hi-Tea by covering almost every item, great value to money. Live singing make your visit more special. Unbelievable ambiance. Staff is nice, friendly & cooperative. Prior booking is recommended. WORTH TO VISIT!!
Absolutely loved my stay here. Rooms are decent. Centrally lit and air-conditioned. Come with nice coffee table and work station. Toilet is exquisite. Mini fridge looked like was never loaded with fresh things lol.

When checking out they provided me with a ride completely complimentary. My driver Ikhlaq was a very fine gentleman and provided service that went above and beyond. Would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in seeking the best Islamabad has to offer. You will not regret it!
A beautiful hotel with good facilities (somewhat curtailed by Covid SOPs), and lovely gardens. The restaurants are catering for diners outside. Breakfast buffet was not so extensive - and portion control was in evidence - but there was a lot of choice for dinner. Service is attentive and good.

My experience is based on just the last Brunch I had. Amazing food with a vast variety. Taste was really good as I tried many things and every dish was very good. Value for money and all the precautions were taken keeping the pandemic in mind. Lemon butter trout was awesome.
Exceptional service and attention to detail, very clean. Great staff that is always willing to help. The food is always excellent, I recommend visiting the coffee shop for an espresso. It's always a pleasure to stay.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotel in Pakistan. One of the best lobby and gardens. Rooms in the new wing are spacious and well decorated. Restaurants are one of the best. Another great feature is the staff as I have always found the staff to be be courteous, service oriented & responsive. Access to government offices & embassies is also great due to the location. One of the best SPA is ta this hotel. Buffet breakfast & breakfast area is amazing.
Serena hotel is absolutely beautiful and it s staff is very helpful. Definitely if you re trying to decide between Marriott and Serena, this is the actual five star hotel between the two. The hotel itself is huge, two pools, gyms are huge and also a separate gym for ladies is available, which is fully equipped. Breakfast is great with lots of options, both Pakistani and international cuisine. The hotel is following strict covid protocols, it feels extremely safe to visit and stay here during these times! Everyone, including children are required to wear masks at all times, with the hotel staff ready to provide masks to anyone who enters the hotel. Winter holidays are also a nice time to visit so see the festive decorations!
